Details
Personality:
Antique, or "Annie" is shy, quiet, and a bit skittish as an introvert. She values her solitude, but is not unfriendly or impolite, and does all things with a great deal of care. Compassionate and caring, Antique is a natural lover of animals and the nature all around her, and often finds herself perfectly content in the company of non-fawnling creatures. However, she's quick to help a Fawnling in need, and strives to do all she can to bring resolution to conflicts, or healing to wounds. She's happy to give what little she has in the name of aiding others, but when her social energies are spent, she'll do her best to slip away unnoticed to rest and recover in private.
Of course, as a Glenmore doe, she is very xenophobic of non-Glenmore Fawnlings, and though she's not the type to exchange cruel words, she is quick to dismiss herself from the presence of outsiders.
Appearance:
She likes to wear flowers in her mane and tail, and wears a tarnished pale gold flower necklace, found as an ancient relic by her mother before it was handed down to her.
History:
Annie was born to a very proud Glenmore family. Though Commoners, they took the utmost pride in doing absolutely all they could to serve and elevate their beloved Royals and others of rank above them. They hoped to one day earn the right to serve the Royal family in a more direct manner, and by so doing elevate themselves. Their daughter, however, had no such ambitions. Meek and graceful, somehow otherworldy in her mind, she was prone to wandering thoughts and fits of imagination, was often late to certain functions, if she could be found at all, much to her parents' chagrin.
Her mother would often do up her mane and tail in extravagant flowers and vines when she was little, and continues to do so when they are expected at festivals and other events. And though the fuss of it was a frustration for the doe, she did and does still enjoy the end result. Still young, her family hopes that one day Annie will find herself bearing the honor of becoming a Hoofmaiden, and bear children that can inherit such a rank and remain close with the Royals. As for Annie herself, she's still unsure of what her heart's desire might be in this world, but she knows that politics and social ranks are the priorities of her parents, and not her own.
