You must be a member of Spectrel-Hollow ! You don't need to own a spectrel to join.
You can have up to two entries, one by commenting and one by advertising for this raffle through a journal/poll/etc. Please provide a link to your advertisement in your comment!
You may only enter with one account, please do not enter with both a main and side account. Entering with more than one account will void your entries.
The winner will receive the original sized, un-watermarked images of the spectrel, and may make simple changes to the design as well as choose the gender. Feel free to add clothing/accessories as well!
You may not sell this design, only trade it or give it away.
