Description Name: Blais Revolver
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Height: Five' Five”
Weight: 125 lbs
Alliance: Prophet
Race: Laheit-Delakan
Occupation: Professional Thief
Magical Abilities:
Clairvoyance-Can see the future. Often results in terrible headaches, and Blais' desperate attempts to block them out, even if she must knock herself out. When unable to avoid the visions, staring into still water helps to calm her, and she can then project the visions forth, rather than have them colliding around inside her skull. One can always tell when a vision is about to intrude upon Blais, due to Blais' glowing eyes and marks.
Telekinesis- Can move small, light objects about with her mind; useful for creating distractions, especially if there are many small objects lying about, such as leaves. Must use hands and fingers to manipulate objects, and so has no stealth. Can also manipulate up to two daggers/small weapons if absolutely necessary, but such actions weaken her greatly.
Favor- Can bend reality to give her better odds, depending upon the situation. One such situation is her gambling, wherein she typically has a 7:10 ratio of getting a single dice correctly; favor goes down as more odds are accounted.
Talents:
Agility- Fast and agile, she has always been one for the 'flight' in the fight or flight response.
Daggers-When all other options are lost, and Blais has been forced to fight, she is whirlwind of energy with her daggers. Oftentimes she quickly incapacitates her opponents, just so that she may get away. Blais does not care about the damage to others; she rationalizes that they were the ones who put themselves in a situation opposing her, and she is not to be held responsible for any deaths or injuries.
Healing- Blais' mother was an apothecary before she became sickly, and taught Blais how to tend basic wounds, and which herbs would heal. Being a Prophet, Blais can often sense what herbs will do what she needs, without even questioning from whence her knowledge came.
Personality:
Blais is a wild child, angry at the world and at her situation. She often deigns to be silent, even in the presence of those she knows relatively well. She will do kind acts for street urchins that remind her of herself, but only because she wishes someone had been watching out for her as well. She hates men, excluding the children, for her father having walked out on her mother, and distrusts most people. She enjoys living her life on the edge, as that is the only time she feels as though she is actually alive. She will help to heal lower-income families, and will accept no payment in return. Blais highly enjoys gambling, due to her ability with favor, and the thrill of stealing a wealthy man's pocket book. Blais has always seemed to seek revenge, even while being unaware of the reasons behind her drive. She can be very greedy when it comes to money, but will not hesitate to give a helping hand to children and women.
History:
Blais' father walked out upon her mother when her mother found she was pregnant. Her mother said nothing of her father, but as Blais' powers began to emerge, Blais realized she had to be of Delakan descent. She has hated men ever since, for leaving she and her poor mother to grow up alone. She grew up in a one room loft above her mother's tiny apothecary shop, but her mother's health had always been frail, and Blais' mother found herself bedridden when Blais was barely eight. So as not to lose their home, Blais began to pick pocket at a very young age, and eventually found herself drawn to the gambling pits. She won far more than she lost, and eventually the other gamblers began to grow suspicious. She was beat upon in an effort to draw out her abilities, and when fire threatened to burn her tails off, her telekinesis came through, pushing the flaming piece of wood away and into the face of her attacker.
A small boy rescued her, and brought her to his Den, where she was surrounded with other street urchins. She gave aid to those who were sick, and they eventually grew to become her second family. With their help, she was able to continue to care for her mother, and learned the art of street-fighting and how to protect herself, but eventually word got out about the possible prophet. Although Blais' mother and the other urchins tried to protect her, she was eventually captured and carted off to Lanaria when she was thirteen.
When Blais was finally allowed to return to her home of Rajan, her mother and the urchins were nowhere to be found. As much as it pains her, she doubts the likelihood of her mother being alive. She grew extremely angry at the changes made to her former home, and as such, set fire to the apothecary shop she had once called home.
Blais refuses to settle down, and has been on the lam ever since, avoiding those to whom she owes money, pick pocketing from others, gambling, and for the thrill of it, being a professional thief. And all of the while, she has been desperately, unknowingly, seeking to fill the angry, bitter void inside her heart
Extra:
Blais has no true aim in her life. She is quick to make decisions, and just as quick to unmake them. She wishes to find her mother alive, but knows that will likely never happen, and so would like to find her father and exact vengeance upon him. She travels with two animals, a falcon, Jessop, whom receives messages for her, including details of her jobs, and a beautiful palomino horse, Windfall, whom is good-natured and patient. She also ties up her extremely fluffy tails for greater ease of movement, and also to help to conceal her identity.

Awww, she's very cute, I just adore her design! >w< Great work on her backstory too, sounds like she's really had it rough. Her burning down her former home sounds like such a meaningful scene too. ;m; I like the fact that she travels with two animals too, somehow that just works with her.

I'd love to RP with her sometime. C:

Really?! ;w; Awww, thank you so much! Comment would be best. And you know, everyone always wants the other person to start so I'll try and start it off, okay? ;w; Hope it's a good start!

Under the shade of a large tree, the dark-haired leaf rabbit was hard at work in the unlikeliest of places, a simple Nexran road. She rarely came to such places (though even rarer, admittedly, did she go to Ouro - place was filled with Faengor) but that was also exactly why she'd come. Lately more customers had been asking for maps of Nexra and if she as a merchant couldn't provide that then there was a mutual disappointment which was never a good feeling. And who knows, if the day was rough enough sometimes you just didn't get paid; it was something she (although bitterly) accepting of though it was never a good thing.

Unfortunately her eyes were dark with sleep not yet gotten as she struggled to make the lines as clean as she'd like. "One bad line and I'll have to do it all over..." she mumbled aloud, a touch of irritation in her voice. "... so I can't really afford to make a mistake here."

You're welcome! Haha, thank you XD It's always hard to find a way to start rp's, lol XD

Blais licked her lips, scenting the air. So this was Nexra, eh? Perhaps her father would be found here, and she could write off part of her vendetta. Yet would she even know him if she saw him? She hadn't even been born when e had left her sickly mother...yet she had taken after the Delakan side in color. Perhaps they would have a remarkable resemblance? But if that were true, how could she possibly face her reflection? She had nothing to go off of; her mother was likely dead, and all of her street urchin family had vanished...that in and of itself was extremely abnormal. How likely was it that they had all died?

Blais shook her head, clearing it of its thoughts. She needed to focus. At this point, she would even welcome a vision if it would lead her in the right direction, but so far, they had only led her into trouble and near instances with death. But one of her other abilities, Favor, might help to turn the tide in her direction. Yet the sun was beating down upon her, Windfall was plodding along on the brink of exhaustion, and Jessop was shuffling nervously from one foot to another, and ruffling its feathers up in irritation. Clearly, Jessop sensed what both she and Windfall did not...

A shadow beneath a tree caught her attention, and she narrowed her eyes at it to further define its form. Nefaun, looked to be around Blais' age. She appeared to be studiously scribbling, completely unaware of her surroundings. Yet it could be a trap. Being a professional thief, Blais was more than aware of the tactics meant to disarm weary travelers. Still, the bunny might prove useful, especially in discerning her current location.

She drew Windfall about six feet away from the girl. "How goes it, and where are we in regards to the Nexra capitol?" She asked, voice full of authority.

Aw, you're welcome, sorry I'm so late! It is.xDD Sometimes you just run out of ideas!

The Nefaun's floppy but ever sharp ears had informed her of the new girl's arrival but Rins had paid no such attention to it until the girl actually spoke. Rins' eyes darted to her, scanning her from head to toe to figure out what sort of person she was dealing with. She spoke with a kind of command but her clothes did not scream rich or powerful to her in the least (though she did have a horse). Perhaps it was just a cobbled together disguise without a masked personality to match. Or perhaps, and more likely, it was a bandit or thug of some sort. But really that was an odd case too; she was a pretty young girl, probably about Rins' own age give or take and she was a Laheit with long purple hair and well, she didn't exactly seemed to be equipped. Still, Rins could never be too sure so she made sure to keep her wiles about as she rose to her height and dusted herself off before giving the girl a sidelong look and a curt reply.

"It goes well enough," she said. Rins then focused more on her other question. She'd recently left the Nexra capital so she was fairly familiar with it but she wanted to be as mathematically correct and accurate about the distance as she could be. "as for the capital... I would say about 2832 steps north and 5368 steps west." she folded her arms in a kind of quiet confidence. She was sure her math was correct here.

As she waited for the girl's reply she found her eyes darting the bird thinking of her own bird. Elizabeth had gone out with another message and she hadn't heard from her from a while. It kind of made her miss her. But well, she could take care of herself and always had a knack for finding her no matter how bizarre the location.

Haiden: It was mid morning, and everything in Terrafim was already starting to get into full swing. The merchants were at their stalls, the warriors at their posts, and the commoners going about their business. Then of course there was the thieves and scoundrels who were more than happy to take advantage of this routine by swiping the purses off of unsuspecting people. A hooded and cloaked Delakan was among them. He passed through the crowds, cutting purses until his own was fat with gold. After he'd gathered a reasonable sum he casually walked into the nearby forest to count his earnings.
Sitting on a fallen tree he opened up his own coin purse and smiled with satisfaction at his haul.

((lol, kk XD))
Blais: The sun beat down upon the mixed, exotic Laheit-Delakan, as she rode into the bustling and her face broke into an annoyed scowl. Of all of the paths she had the option of choosing, she chose the one with the most sun. She had certainly taken after her father's side when it came to preferring darkness to light.

Yet it wasn't the sun that had Blais in such a foul mood as it was her latest heist. It had been a botched, bloody job, culminating in nothing more than a scuffle between some meager overlords, who had refused to even pay her for her services. She had been lucky to make it out of the city alive with the knowledge she held of them. Yes, those two were yet another upon her list of people to whom she would eventually get even. But as it was, Jessop was starving, his special diet having long run out a day or so ago, and Windfall could barely continue to plod along, his fine coat covered in sweat and foam. Irritated, and worried for her animals, she elected to get off and walk Windfall, rather than continue to push him. He needed rest and water, as did she. She considered allowing Jessop off his lead to hunt, but he was just as unfamiliar with the territory as she, and she feared he would be unable to return.

At last the sun proved to be too much for her, and she led Windfall off of the path, when a familiar jingle caught the attention of her acute ears. Someone had money, that was for sure, and if she wasn't mistaken, quite a lot of it. This certainly deserved some attention, and she quietly and careful began to conceal both Windfall and Jessop, tying Jessop's lead to the pommel upon Windfall, and Windfall's reigns to a low-hanging branch. Regretfully, she couldn't allow Windfall to graze, because she might need to make a quick get-away, but if she were fortunate, she might be able to afford a decent night's stay at a tavern.

She carefully followed her ears in the direction of the sounds, and began to rustle some of the leaves in the tops of the trees to disguise any sound she herself might be making. It was exhausting, tiring work, but hopefully, it would be well worth it.

Haiden: He glanced at the gold and estimated its amount quietly before tucking it back away under his cloak. He wasn't the miserly type. Most of this money would simply go to buying food or equipment, and the rest would be stashed in order to buy more goods for his wanderings. He had nothing much to do after bringing in such a pretty penny in town so he decided to rest on his log for a while longer. His gaze lifted to the sky and he closed his eyes, taking in a deep breath of the clean air. He disliked the light, that much was true, but he loved the forests. The clean air, the rustling leaves, the swaying grass and soft ground. And his cloak protected him from most of the burning glare of the harsh sun here. Terrafim was one of his favorite places to visit. And not only because of the woods.
Eventually Haiden began to grow tired of simply lounging about doing nothing. So he stood and stretched, whipping his tail behind him. Beneath his cloak Meek chattered at him, and soon leapt from his pocket and onto the ground. The strange little furry beast ran circles in the grass for a moment before peaking its nose up in the air. It smelt something. Some more animals no doubt. And something else. Haiden looked down at his tiny companion curiously. With his hood up his usually acute hearing was somewhat dimmed, and he didn't notice the approaching woman unlike Meek.

Blais froze, her attention upon the odd ferret, its own large eyes taking her in. And the delakan. Damn, he was tall, and she would likely be outmatched in hand to hand combat, let alone with the abilities he no doubt possessed. Once more she cursed herself for having been born with premonition, and its useless abilities that came along with it. Even were she to use favor, she had no guarantee that such a gambit would pay off, nor did she even have an action plan. Yet if she did not do something, the ferret's odd demeanor would be sure to tip the delakan off that something unusual was afoot, and she would lose the element of surprise. Why not return to Windfall and Jessop now, and continue into town? If she could find a gambling pit, she could no doubt clean the place out, and then she wouldn't have to worry about housing and food for a while...
Did the upcoming city have gambling? How far away was she from her current destination? Was her description out, calling for her arrest and offering a reward? She doubted the later, as she had had her tails wrapped and a mask, but you could never be certain...
Yes, this delakan would answer her questions, and if she could manage it, would relinquish to her at least a few coins. But how to accomplish that? The whole twisting her ankle routine? Most men couldn't resist saving a damsel in distress.
Yes, that was it. Acting a ditzy broad, who had managed to get herself lost in the forest. Closing her eyes, she willed Favor up from that special hollow of power inside of her, and her eyes and markings glowed softly for a second before she had it under her control. It was like a fire, with time and possibilities splayed out before her. She forced the best possible outcomes for her up from the myriad of other, gritting her teeth from the effort. It certainly wasn't the most powerful of Favor she had ever been able to dredge forth, but considering the situation and her exhaustion, it wasn't bad. She exhaled deeply, releasing her telekinesis, and stumbled towards the delakan, her hand upon a tree trunk to stablilize herself.
"Excuse me," she called out to him, "can you tell me where I am? I'm pretty sure I've seen this tree at least ten times, and I'm sure my family must be worried sick by now." She gave him a small, timid smile, her ears and tails sagging towards the ground in exhaustion. Let's just hope Favor holds out, she thought to herself.

The Delakan looked at the woman with a stony stare upon her approach, his hands folded beneath his cloak as he guarded his coin purse. He didn't trust strangers in the least. Since a very early age he'd learned that just because someone appeared to be wounded, or struggling, or kind that didn't mean a thing. Appearances can be deceiving. He remained where he was and made no move to help the weakened Laheit. Instead he ignored her completely, looking instead for his little lost companion. Who was currently clinging to one of the woman's tails, rubbing its soft face into her fur with chirps of excitement. Strange that the little beast should enjoy soft things so much considering it was already covered in silky fur.
Upon seeing his curious companion so happily making itself acquainted with the stranger Haiden's guard dropped a little. Meek was always a good judge of inner character. If the strange critter liked the woman then she couldn't be all bad. "In a forest inside of Terrafim. A city is just to the east," he said mildly, offering no more help than that. "Meek, come here."
The little scoundrel simply gazed up at him from where it had made itself comfortable and chattered excitedly. It then buried its face into her fur once more. Haiden could only frown and wait for the woman to kick the ferret off.

Hah, so Favor had worked out after all, if she had managed to attract the attention of the little ferret, even if the delakan seemed to hardly notice her. Blais quickly threw away the thought of feigning a fall, as it seemed she would have to be on her toes around him.
Blais knelt down next to the chirping ferret, and lifted her other tail up and over him, teasing him by tickling his nose with its tip. She didn't fear that it would bite her, because even if it did, all it would get would be a mouthful of fluff from her ridiculously poufy tails. The ferret was likely smelling Windfall upon her. She offered a finger for the ferret to sniff, smiling as it rubbed its head against her.
"Hello there, sweetheart. Aren't you the friendly one?" She scooped him up and cradled him to her chest, tickling his soft underside, completely absorbed with him. She'd had a small dog once, and the ferret oddly reminded her of him. Yet the dog had been hit by a heavy merchant cart, and there had been nothing she nor her mother had been able to do for it. At least she had now decided who would be receiving a visit from her tonight.
The delakan had served his use. "Thank you for your assistance," she said, walking slowly up to the delakan. She extended an arm, and the ferret whirled along down it, leaping from the tips of her outstretched hand to the delakan's chest, and gripping onto it with tiny claws. "Lovely creature," She said, her gaze flicking towards Meek, when a stabbing pressure began to pound behind her eyes. Not now, she prayed, willing it away, only for it to return with an even greater intensity. She closed her eyes and attempted a grimacing smile. "I'll be going now," she managed to mumble through the pain. Away. She needed to get away, or for the vision to pass, or something...a tree root snagged her ankle, and she went down to the ground, hard. Her eyes snapped open, glowing,as did the marks criss-crossing all over her body. Damn, she'd likely to have to kill the delakan now, if he witnessed this...Her fingers fumbled for the pouch full of water at her waist, but it held only several drops. "Water...a reflection...something, please," she gasped, the pressure causing a vein to burst and blood to trickle out of her nose.

Blais crept over the rooftops carefully, ears alert for any sudden movement or sound, tails wrapped carefully and tied together, as to give her further anonymity. This town certainly was beautiful during the day, the rolling hills filled with flowers and an easy-going air, but the night seemed to bring with it an almost haunting change.

All was quiet, as though the town was just waiting...
A throbbing began behind Blais' eyes, and she cursed silently, willing the phantom visions away...yet this one would not leave. She drew herself behind a chimney, and cupping her hand, poured some water into it. She saw the vision and the present simultaneously, the water draining out of her hand just as she whipped her head up, narrowly dodging a knife soaked in poison.

She had been set up, and walked right into an ambush. Damn it, she cursed, throwing herself up and over the squat chimney with a back hand spring. But where to go? Too many figures moving, shifting in and out of her senses. She managed to dodge another knife in the nick of time, only to receive a punch square in her jaw. The sky reeled upwards before her, even as she began to plummet towards the ground. Her body curled up into a ball, braced for impact, knowing her measly telekinetic ability would be unable to help her, and she prayed she wouldn't crack her skull open upon the impact.

[oh MY thats really long O_O;]

Ariadne walked through the dark streets, she had recently lost her way while trying to get back the Island. She had hoped the people of this town would be able to direct her, but it was late and she doubted that anyone would be awake.

as she walked down the dark streets she caught sight of shapes moving throgh the rooftops. in a panick she picked up her pace, not wanting to find out who they were. she heard a quiet thunk that sounded like a knife hitting a building, followed by the sound of someone being punched. she looked upwards to see a Laheit falling.

panicking seeing as the girl was heading toward the ground, which wasn't that far below, rapidly. she Fcused and made her levitate before hitting thr ground for a second, then set her down. She soon recognized the girls purple hair and blue markings on her body and ears. She had seen this girl before on the Isle of prophets.

Blais' body seized up at the sudden psychic pressure surrounding her. Telekinesis. Her eyes snapped open, only to meet brilliant blue orbs. Beautiful hair nearly the same color as the eyes fell far past the nemetolle's shouders. Blais' eyes narrowed as she hissed, "You-!" before tackling the girl to the ground during an onslaught of even more knives. She gave a small gasp as several nicked her shoulder blades, an ankle, and her forearm. "We've got to go!" She cried, half dragging the nemetolle behind her. Mentally she cursed herself, not having sensed the presence of another outsider with unusual abilities, but had it not been for the girl, she would likely be in the custody of those following behind them. How many were there? Five? Ten? Twenty? She dodged down an alley, nearly tripping over the cobblestones beneath her feet, dizziness quickly falling upon her. That poison sure was fast...her breath came in quick shallow gasps as the poison spread throughout her system, and Blais wondered if her pursuants actually meant to kill her. She threw the nemetolle ahead of her in an effort to shield her from any unseen missiles. She wouldn't let this girl die for her, that was certain.

Ariadne hit the ground with a thus as the girl tackled her. she let out a small "oof!"
She heard knives flying through the air, only moments later to being pulled behind the girl. She realized with a start that the knives must have been poisoned as the girl began to sway while she ran. Before she could ask the girl if she was alright the was thrown forward. She was certainly confused as to what was going on, considering how fast everything was happeneing.

Seeing that the girl would seen be unconsious from the poison she grabbed her by the wrist and began leading her towards the outskirts of the village. "What's going on , exactly?" she asked, dissapointed how her panic showed through her voice.

She looks good - Though to be a laheit-based prophet, she needs to be crossed with a Delakan. So she would be a "Laheit-delakan" on both the app and the bio X3 ( I'm pretty sure you were going to do that anyways LOL )

I'm pretty sure the magic abilities are good too, since they have good limitations.

Aside from that one important change, I think she's good to go! 8D

Whoo-hoo! Thanks Yeah, I didn't know that I would have to put Laheit-Delakan on the app XD I'll change that right now and update it.

hahaha No problem at all! ;D

lmao yeah ;A; you need to show that she's mixed with the blood of two opposing elements ( Laheit=light , Delakan=darkness, etc ) because only those mixed with opposing blood like that are able to be prophets and even then, it's rare ;D

Yay, all fixed up now! X3 I think you're good to go!

Good luck! X3

Yuppers, I'd put it into her bio that she figured out she had delakan in her thanks to her abilities, but didn't know that that needed to be listed on the app, as she took after the Laheit race-wise XD

lmao yup X3

And yeah, It's needed to be made clear what blood she has in her for a prophet X3 same with other characters who have different colours from the norm. I'm not sure if that's mentioned that on the prophet page. I'll make sure it's added when we update everything X3 It might not have been clear ;A; LOL

But it's all good X3 it was an easy fix haha 8D
