Kitty is admired by others because she is such a good actress that she can easily reduce tense situations, although she can be very naiive about small issues as well. She does not hesitate to speak her mind, and as such, at times has a bit of an abrassive personality. Although she is very greedy when it comes to food, she has a generous heart. She is mistrusting of others, and will not open up easily, due to her past and her fear of getting hurt. She is somewhat bi-polar, and as such, has a great deal of mood swings, coming from the highest high to the lowest low. She cannot wait to become independent, and she knows the only one whom she can truly rely upon is herself.

History:
Kitty became a tamer at the tender age of six. She had lived a happy life, primarily with her mother, and being baby-sat by her grandparents, along with her younger sister, Karen. After a mysterious egg hatched out of their desktop at their father's house, not only were the sisters banned from the computer, they had to fight to keep their new best friend- a digimon named Cubmon! Not only was it super cute as a chiimon, but when it digivolved to Cubmon, it could talk!

It was not until later, when Kitty was seven and Karen was six, that an unknown digimon attacked them while playing outside at their mother's house. Cubmon did his best to protect them, but he was seriously injured. The digimon then turned its attention to the two cowering, crying sisters. Kitty threw her arms in front of her sister in order to protect her, despite the fact that she was shaking so badly that she could barely stand, and both sisters cried out desperately for Cubmon. The evil digimon slowly advanced towards them, while Cubmon barely managed to whisper, "I tried to protect you guys because we're friends...and now Kitty is protecting Karen? But you guys always fight! You're not friends," and coughed weakly.

"We may not always like each other, but we'll always love each other. We're sisters! We'll always be on the same side!" Kitty yelled at the top of her lungs, tears leaving tracks upon her dirty face. She motioned for Karen to move to Cubmon while she herself reached for her soccer ball. "Take this!" she screamed, while Karen desperately crawled towards the injured Cubmon. The soccer ball merely bounced off of the digimon's sturdy hide, and it raised its claw to bring down a blast against Karen.

Karen looked up helplessly as green sparks raced towards her, while Kitty and Cubmon both yowled, "No!" at the top of her lungs. Kitty dove on top of her sister, while, unbeknownst to her, the tamagotchi in her pocket glowed green. She closed her eyes and waited for the impact of the sparks, blood slowly trickling down her lip, as she had bit her tongue after landing upon Karen.

"Badda-boom!" Cried a weird voice, and the sky behind Kitty's eyelids grew darker. Kitty cracked an eyelid open at the odd creature standing protectively in front of her and her sister. "C-cubmon?" asked Kitty, while Karen sobbed openly. "Ya got that wrong, I'm Inumon!" The weird puppy-like creature smiled, then fell over, a large wound opening upon its chest. The other digimon had backed up, a snarl upon its vicious face, a circle of singed hair upon its shoulder.

"Where's Cubmon?" demanded Karen, as she struggled to pull Kitty farther away from both Digimon. In doing so, she knocked Kitty's tamagotchi out of her pocket. "And why's it glowing?" she asked her sister, her hands open around it.

"It must've gotten broken," Kitty muttered, distracted, her golden eyes narrowing as she looked from the evil digimon to Inumon. The evil digimon let out a roar upon seeing the tamagotchi lit up, and changed its stance, once more preparing to release fire upon the sisters. "I think it wants it!" Karen cried, struggling to stand up.

"Then it can have it!" yelled Kitty, preparing to throw the broken toy as far from the two of them as possible.

"Don't!" Inumon cried, at last upon all four paws. "I need it to Digivolve!"
"Get rid of it!" Karen cried, "He killed Cubmon!"

Kitty nodded and released the tamagotchi, the tears still flowing from her eyes. The evil digimon let out a roar of satisfaction, and made its way to the fallen object, when a dark blur passed it, and grabbed the glowing device.

"Stu~pid," called a young boy's voice, "you're not gonna survive without that Digivice."

"Wha-?" The girl's looked back and into the sun, the outline of a spiky-haired boy against the sky.
"Let's go, Demidevimon! Time to Digivolve!" he called out, at the bat-thing flying in the sky.

"Right!" it called back, in a rather creepy voice, and dropped the still-glowing tamagotchi in front of the girls. Before their very eyes it changed shape, into an even scarier monster.

“Let's go, Devimon!” The boy called out, and the Devimon responded by yelling out, “Death Hand,” in a chilling voice, and dark energy poured out from its hands, into the evil digimon. It roared and staggered backwards, then it, too, digivolved! Inumon crawled over to the girls. “Kitty, I know ya're scared, but we've got to do this. We're partners. We're friends! He struggled to push the tamagotchi into Kitty's hands.

Both girls narrowed their eyes, then yelled, “You killed Cubmon!”

Inumon shook its head, laughing. “I am Cubmon. Now I need to digivolve to Demon so that I can help Devimon beat the other monster. It's the same thing that happened with Chiimon.”
Kitty shook her head. “I- I don't believe you!” And started crying even louder, the sounds of the fight going on around them only adding to her fear.

“But I've told you before...we'll always be friends,” Inumon smiled, as both girls' eyes widened, and Kitty numbly accepted the tamagotchi.

“Friends,” she mumbled, a grin breaking out upon her face, “forever!”

“Woah, look!” Karen cried, as a green spot appeared around Kitty's throat. Before Kitty could even scream, it was gone, replaced by a necklace.

“Huh, so you're the crest of friendship,” the strange boy observed. “Stupid girl. I'm the crest of knowledge,” he smirked, until a large boom sounded behind him and he whipped around, Devimon falling from the sky. “No, Devimon!” He ran towards it, only to be stopped by a large, three-tailed wolf digimon.

“Stay here,” Inumon growled, before leaping forward, “Dash Double Claw” and it caught the Devimon upon its back.

“Thanks...I guess,” the Devimon muttered, as it de-digivolved into Demidevimon. “It's up to you!”

“You can do it!” Both Karen and Kitty cried out, clutching Kitty's tamagotchi. “We believe in you!”

Everyone was relieved when the fight was ended after a Howling Canon from Demon.

And that was only the first of many fights in which Inumon and Kitty fought, alongside with the spiky-haired boy, Demidevimon, and several other Digidestined being targeted by malevolent digimon.

WIP~ More to Come
Need to explain how Inumon was destroyed, how Kitty destroyed her Crest, and then of course how she got a digital shard.

-An excellent swimmer.
