Well, I'm pleased with how these turned out.Javert and Valjean belong to Hugo, Boublil, Schonberg, and Kretzmer.
Here inspired by Crowe and Jackman.

Oh my gosh, I LOOOOOVED the new movie!! Now I can finally fit in with the other musical geeks and say that I saw Les Mis!! Hugh Jackman COMPLETELY exceeded my expectations as Jean Valjean. And Javert was awesome too!
And your character designs are so awesome!

Admittedly, Crowe looked GOOOOOOOOD in that movie, but he just wasn't Javert. Also, spending every introspective song in a five minute close up of the singer's face was not a good idea.

I honestly like both.
Both versions are interesting in your style, but as I'm used to your previous version, you could use that, but Russell's version could also be used. I don't mind either way. <3~

Please keep your Javert just as he is! He's much better looking than Crowe's Javert and he has nicer hair. Please keep him the same.

I like them the way they are ^_^. But it would be fun to do a one off page with these. Maybe the guys can choose what they look like? Javert could be like, "I'm trying it out."

Javert did that in Pika's "Girls Next Door." In #11, he became John Malkovich's portrayal of the character and had a discussion with the girls about restraining orders and homicidal impulses.
I would be completely okay with them changing into the new versions of their characters, as long as it was only for a page or two. I don't think I'd be okay with making it permanent, though.

Keep Javert the same please. Your Javert is much better looking than the movie one and has beautiful hair. If you must reference the movie work in a joke about Javert thinking about a hair cut but deciding against it.
