A logo I did for my graphics company I wanted to start. But through everything I never got the company started. This is now the Logo for "Empyre Tattoo". This logo will only be used by them now or with both mine and Their Consent. You can check out their Myspace page at : [link]I need to get rid of the stupid fold line I know lol. Will get a better image soon. Thanks everyone for all the love and views.

Love this one!!!!! Is there any way, perhaps, you could draw a sunflower coming out of one of the eye sockets? I am Seriously considering- with your permission of course- to have it incorporated as a tattoo I'd like.

I could try to draw a sunflower but I would rather do a whole different skull too seeing as how this one is used for a tattoo Parlor now. I could go with the same style or a totally different one. But that would be up to you.

yeah im gonna see if they can pay for using it or at least take it down from whatever they are using. I know I gave people permissions but I dont have anything showing that I gave them some to use as a store logo. Thanks again

Right, If they use it as a store logo then that is commercial use. Which means because of your art they will be generating income. I would ask for something like 5% of all sales. They'll probably tell you to screw off but then you always have legal recourse.

Everything was taken care of. We worked out a deal and they were sorry for what happened. They were given the art from an artist saying it was their own work. Really sucks when companies get into messes like this from people that steal. Thank you very much again for pointing this out. I also added a more clear image with a Watermark now too.
