Description Well if it isn't everyone's favorite fox! I put this together mostly for my own usage, but feel free to use it for your own artwork.

Fox obviously isn't my character, but I like him and I've given him his own more detailed and fleshed out personality since I love his character in the Star Fox games.

Yes, I know the metal legs thing has been retconned, however it makes for a better story and a much more interesting character, so I like it as a headcanon. Plus I've come up with some specifics about how both his sets of legs work, which I might draw blueprints for at some point.

This is a great picture, well done! One thing I would suggest is to put your characters into more relaxed poses. The gestures look a little stiff. I also think you could maybe work on the eyes and fingers. The shading is a nice touch, but it's barely noticeable, so i would suggest a little hard lighting to bring everything together. Otherwise, keep up your excellent work.

My design has four purposes - The first is the typical one, which is simply to prevent too much blood from pooling at the legs during high g-forces, which can cause blackouts. The second, unique to my design, is to slightly reroute veins and arteries to a pump in the lower knee that assists with bloodflow. The third is to wire the nervous system into the Star Fox team vehicles, making them easier to pilot, and the fourth is extra features in panels and hidden compartments that can be removed and used, like small first aid kits, lockpicks, and even small explosives.

How will that be able to process with a blood supply before blacking out unconscious and having it replaced with boots?

The boots don't run on or process the blood veins, but electric capacitors and/or batteries. Under high G-forces in a plane, blood rushes to the feet and pools there for too long. This is what causes blackouts since the blood takes longer to get back to the brain. Removing one's lower legs doesn't solve the problem, but makes it less of an issue since the blood doesn't have as far to travel from the knees back to the heart and then to the brain.

i wonder if that's able to work in real life through a set of wires connected to blood cells and electricity.
