How do I explain~
Well, first you have to seperate all the individual frames. You have to do a sort of cut-and-paste technique in Paint.
-Use the select tool to cut a 50x50 square. Paste the square into a seperate Paint file and repeat for the rest of them.
-After you've done that, you need to save the images (using names like frame1 etc. and putting them into their own little folder makes it easier to to the next step)
- Then, open them all up into a website like Iaza (which has a tutorial on how to use it)
That's as best as I can put it, I'm sorry that my explaining sucks

I also have an already animated one here--> [link] That you can open in a program such as GIMP that supports layers and it's a much simpler process in which after you've coloured the wolf you just save the image as a .GIF

I apologise again for my rubbish explaining, I hope you can figure it out, have a nice day
