Description
The battle has begun! This is in all honesty my first action scene i've drawn in any comic, hopefully it's enjoyable i had drawn this after some lifedrawing studies so i went nuts with the poses..lines of action and such.This strip is also a bit longer because i wanted to fit more of the epic battle in! *not very epic*
Next post will be a double strip post to finish off the chapter, it will take longer though so stick around XD

Like the action in this strip, especially considering this is your first action scene. Idk if this'll help, but maybe consider changing some of the angles? In this instance both characters are always seen standing there, left and right. Different angles always make things exciting. And don't hesitate to exaggerate motion line either! Blur out arms if you need to

I was expecting more Discombobulate actually XD as for angels this comic is lacking in it a little, i'm not the best at dramatic angles and it's harder when in a hurry to get strips out XD I will keep that in mind and i've taken some classes in film study and it's best to keep characters on the same side of the screen during a scene so it's not to be confusing to the veiwer.

Yes, that's true in terms of film making. My English teacher also mentioned it when we did film study. But in my opinion you can get creative when you come to action scenes, especially when it's comic panels. Cause then you don't have to worry about making things look realistic xD
If you're worried about the confusion though, I'd suggest maybe establish the characters' positions at the beginning, put in a few different angle/motion panels, then re-establish the positions again by perhaps drawing in background objects in relation to the characters. I'm not sure whether it'll work a miracle, but you could always try it. When you have time, of course :]

well when it comes to doing actions scenes it's something i'll have to work on and i have some more comic ideas in line after this one ends, hopefully i can put more of my skills to use in future comics, i honestly didn't think this one would get this far XD

Go Mycroft! That "however" sounds rather ominous though.
Apparently if you do it right or hard enough you can seriously damage someone's ears doing what Mycroft did in the fourth panel. And it looked like he did it pretty hard.
And now we see where Sherlock's boxing skills come from...

haha indeed, i heard about a man who went to see the new sherlock movie and when being mugged on his way home used Discombobulate and managed to get away, it is highy effective and simple
