Oh my God, Mycroft is so much better than Chuck Norris, ESPECIALLY Sherlock's Mycroft. HE IS the British Government, with an intellect about equal to Holmes'. You just can't compete with that.

Yeah, Mycroft is just a wonderful character. Hope he gets more of the limelight next season. In my opinion, he's even more mind-bendingly awesome when you keep in mind that he was played by Mark Gatiss: The co-creator and writer of Episode 3. That man has far too many talents.
Yeah, Watson does get overlooked a bit, maybe it's just because Benedict just dominates almost every scene he's in, so it'd be hard for anybody to keep up. But Watson is definitely great. And I really love what they've done with Lestrade, too. I mean, they've turned one of the most insignificant running characters from the books into a 3-D, multilayered character, without really stretching the source material that much. It's amazing.
