I-I can't tell where the anatomy is messed up. It looks fantastic to me!
I recently worked with watercolors (yesterday, actually) on a Chinese ink painting, and it was extremely frustrating. The water goes wherever it desires, and even though I've seen many watercolor tutorials, they never discuss control on such an issue. How do you get such control in paintings like these?

Oh I love Chinese inks! I haven't quite figured them out though - they're so tricky.
As for watercolours, I know what you're talking about and I'll try to answer! Very first thing I do is rip the paper the size I want and then tape it down with artist's tape to a hard surface. The tape should cover every part of the edges, that way it'll settle down flat and stay pretty much flat.
As long as your paper isn't on a slanted surface and is completely dry you can either get the area wet that you want to paint (ONLY that area - don't go out of the lines), OR what I like to do is put the paint down and then take a new brush (damp - dip it in water and then pat it on a rag) and "blur" it with the new brush to soften the edge and make a gradient. I say blur because it's sort of what you'd do to blur an edge with digital media! You can do this with a dry or wet brush too - it just looks different so you'll have to experiment.
I hope that helps! Hopefully you know what I mean. Just make sure the paper is completely dry and the pigment will usually stay where you want it to.

I appreciate it! I'll definitely give that a try and experiment next time I'm working with watercolors. Between you and me, painting is not my thing at all. XD I'm more into pencil drawings and what have you.

I know what you mean, I said the same thing but one day watercolours clicked for me and now I lurv them. Painting is definitely very different from drawing with pencils.

I'd be ecstatic if painting clicked for me because every other art assignment is painting. D: I keep saying, "Seriously?! What about a sketch, digital art, traditional charcoal, anything? What's wrong with those?"
