:3For some reason this witch reminds me of my Character Alleuria (a shoyru on Neopets. Her human version is called Isabelle). I'm coloring this with a BUNCH of layers (How I love layers!). I just wanted to do one Halloween picture so there we go!

Eh... this was four years ago and done digitally. I really don't remember which size I used, but it should be one of the 5 px to 19 px brushes in Adobe Photoshop since that's what I normally tend to use.
