...I have APO Back. <3

So, I was going to use a version of this kinda for a math project. But that didn't pan out. As it, my compy hated me.

So, I have remade it, did some GIMP work to clean up and get a better focus (I did some highlighting and cropping, that was it). I really like it.

The majority of the project was based in luck and guesswork. I had a cool design remindng me of an atom in thee dimentiaonal space, but I hated the level of gamma in it. So I went a totally different route--an avalanche made of fire. It was kinda cool, I still have it in my documents, but it wasn't cool enough. So a plaed with two trianges, and suddenly it was cool.

So yeah. The concept behind this one is the idea of cause and effect. A single action--the bulge in the center--can cause a multitude of effects, the rings surrounding. The effects can become complex and convoluted as each meets one another, until each effect is a new effect, as seen by the crossing of the ring waves.

Stupid fractals always looking so awesome and making me want to stare at them for hours...

Sorry. I'll stop. XD (No. I really won't. Sorry.)

This reminds me both of bubbles and of ripples... and yet there seems to be a glow radiating from the centre outwards... I guess this is just my way of saying that I like it. XD

Yay, Apophysis! If I may say so, this is well rendered; quite similar to a C4D, but more aesthetically pleasing. Good job!

C4D? I do not know what this is and am currently too lazy to Wiki it.

And thanks!

C4D = Cinema 4D. It's a fractal/abstract image rendering program, but the fractals are usually much sharper and brighter. Apophysis usually makes softer fractals and it's more pleasing to the eye.
