Ya'know MHA maybe one of the most overrated New Gen Anime due to its toxic fandom and gay ships but what I really like about it is its unique power system that's not based on any form of martial arts and the MC (Deku). But in Season 6, it's time for the apocalypse to come and one of the greatest things about it is Midoriya vs Class 1A but it ended with Bakugo apologizing to him but we could've gotten more though so we are answering this: (What If Deku Left Class 1A?)

Our story starts with the same parts in the original time till we end at the part Midoriya confronts 1A to fight him as a way for him to escape. Midoriya strikes the weakest ones (Mineta, Sero, Momo, Hagakure, Koda, Sato, Ojiro, Shoji Jirou and Denki) and went for the mildly stronger ones (Iida, Asui, Kirishima and Tokoyami) and finally went for his closest ones (Bakugo, Uraraka and Todoroki) as a little patern as he finally escaped to confront Shigaraki on his own. All of 1A woke up and realized that Midoriya left to fight Shigaraki and the Paranormal Liberation by himeself and managed to alert Aizawa and all the other heroes who are still alive and left in finding Midoriya meanwhile Midoriya saw a few villains and then viciously attacked them. Midoriya flew through the air searching for any villains till his Spider Sense-- I mean Danger Sense tingled and dodged a fire attack from Endeavor, he was called to go back because AFO is way more powerful than him but he denied and managed to get away quickly through the use of Black Whip and Float unfortunately Midoriya was hit by a blue flame from Dabi and was confronted by the L.O.V. along with Shigaraki, Dabi and Toga but Izuku wasn't alone as a battle damaged 1A, Endeavor and Nagant appeared to help but are weak due to Midoriya leaving them. The battle was so intense that members of the LOV are dying but it wasn't enough due to Shigaraki's quirk nearly damaging Nagant and Endeavor but things went from bad to worse, Sero, Denki, Mineta and Ojiro ended up dying due to Shigaraki's power. Everyone retreated but few decided to stop the LOV, Nagant, Asui and Kirishima hold them off but to their failure, Muscular killing Asui. After most 1A retreating (Deku, Uravity, Mina, Koda, Hagakure, Sato, Jirou, Tokoyami, Iida, Momo, Bakugou and Todoroki), all returned and reported the sad news of Sero, Denki, Mineta, Ojiro and Asui who all died, Aizawa smashed his hand to the table because of the lose of his students. Deku was put in time out due to him causing the deaths of most of his classmates while All Might, Uraraka, Shoto and Bakugou being there for him during this darkest hour. While the others took a break, back on the fight Nagant and Kirshima are able to take down most of the villains and were able to escape and return back to UA. After returning to UA and reporting to Aizawa about their success as Aizawa led them to the grave of all the students who died fighting the LOV as the 3 lamented over them. After the lamenting over the dead students, Aizawa, Kirishima and Nagant all called out to the survivors (Tenya, Momo, Mina, Koda, Hagakure, Sato, Jirou and Tokoyami) all are told to comfort Midoriya (whose with Katsuki, Shoto, All Might and Ochaco).
Deku: GUYS! I PROMISE TO MY LIFE AND MYSELF TO NEVER PUT YOU GUYS AT RISK AGAIN! AND you may expell for my misdeeds.
Midoriya spoke out his heart while everyone listens to him with whole hearts, Aizawa was the first to come to him.
Eraser Head: Listen kid, what you did was stupid and reckless but we're willing to put you back here in UA.
Everyone sighed in relief about that news and took the day off all to their selves except for Midoriya because he went for more hero duties by himself, after the last of stopping villains he gets a video received from his mom. Statics are happening and showed his mom.
Inko: Son, please you need to leave! *static* The LOV found the school and managed to kill everyone including your classmates, Sensei, Bakugou's mom and even all the other heroes but son, listen you are the last hero left! Liberate it all! Avenge me, All Might and Katsuki! Goodbye and I love you my son.
The phone ends dropping, showing Inko's dead body and then the phone was stepped on and destroyed, this leaves Midoriya in shock and tears because he is now the last hero the world needs and then managed to find himself on the mountain where he hid and destroyed his phone so he can't be followed.
