Description My personal favourites of Gibbs's rules.
I attempt to adhere to all of those I have listed, including #9. And TRUST me, you should follow #12. It's more important than you think!

I have some rules of NCIS I'm working on
Rule one Never be the first person on screen you either find the dead body or you ARE the dead body
Rule two Never kidnap Abby she will hurt and detain you before it's over.
Rule three Never sexually harass Ziva you will get hurt.
Rule four Never threaten the lives of the team. Gibbs will kill you.
Rule five If McGee's dating her and she's not Abby she's crazy or she's gonna dye.

I need more and the order could use work.

Yeah, I was trying to chose the rules that anyone could follow; even non-cops. "Never make excuses" would be a good one, BUT, that's not a Gibbs rule.
So number one shall stay "Never screw over your partner" because most people have partners in some way or other

There are lists out there I believe but, sadly though, I have them memorized because I'm an NCIS junkie. Sometimes I even tell my friends "remember rule number " and they know what I mean
