Honest question, how can you upload drawing of such quality so regularly? I have a fairly easy life and i can't manage to do more than one per day.

I make a promise myself to upload two drawings per day. And even though i'm super busy with other stuff, i try hard to keep my promise.
Other than that, i draw doodles in every spare time i got. Since i'm seriously lazy person, it's better to force myself a bit.

That's impressive, both promise and its fulfillment. I should probably challenge myself too!

practice yes, but practice smart, there's people who have been drawing all his life since child never stopped and got so many references, also studies due their "talent". so they've built mental libraries and confidence in their lines.
My advice is do your best drawing of your favorite subject, then analyze it, then isolate things that went wrong and then practice that subject obsesively, do smart , simple, many and your best, then change subject and every now and then, a big drawing, then rinse and repeat.
