Do you mean the letters on the windows? It says 'You can't have a nightmare if you never dream' I think. It's a phrase from the song 'In our town'.

But if you see closer, on the T, H, N, and both Es in never, there are darkened lines which I look like, I II II L. I thought it was roman numerals but 12250 doesn't mean much. T H N E E doesn't spell anything, even if you rearrange the letters. I think I'm just overthinking it.
