Finally finished! Started on this after finishing Mass effect 3. This is how the ending plays in my head with my female Shepard and Garrus
I'm very pleased with the background, but I see now that Garrus's hand got abit raptor tiny. Hope you enjoy it anyways!

Shepard looks great... you know... as far as the art thing goes... because she's technically in horrible shape XD I love the weight you can see on her face, from the way she's leaning heavily on Garrus.
Garrus also looks great, his expression is like exhausted.

After the hero become's in need Garrus appears! i bet if the earth is still standing Shepard will be like a super famouse super star :3 or who knows D:

well..at least he lived XD can't complain there but yea...ive seen this 30min video on youtube of a guy making all these good points as to what doesnt work and what could help, and even though the ending should probably be redone, even removing the whole kid idea would make more sense. shepard fires the canon and..no color variants and reapers go to hell *shrug* why destroy geth and all other synthetics? it boggles my mind

I'm somewhat glad that they decided to stick with the ending they made and give out a free dlc extending it. Even thought we are consumers buying a product I believe that artistic integrity means something and must be protected. However what Bioware presented to us at the end of Me3 was bad writing, lack of quality, plot holes like you mentioned Garrus suddenly being at the ship. I suppose you can draw lines between it with commissions. If someone complained that the style was not to their taste or the theme to dark I don't think the artist should budge, the consumer often knows the style of the artist, and we as gamers who played mass effect 1 and 2 knew that Mass effect isn't a happy place. But if the artist drew a hand looking total wrong like Garrus's hand in this picture there is more the grounds for complaints, because its badly drawn, and the mass effect 3 ending was badly written. To bad bioware spend a time doing the good old "its not bad its just mah style"

the thing about ending in relation to whole game is...they ..built this entire story..universe and races, they go with all the little details on how things work and why, the codex the dialogues...and then they have this climatic ending in which we have 14 lines of dialogue with the kid and no explanation as to...why do we need to kill synthetics...or how does the gun have the power to change the flippin dna in the entire galaxy if shepard jumps in. It's like some noob took over at the very end and did it his own way. : P

I guess I noticed it initially because I've been drawing him a lot lately and really enjoy drawing the scarring.
