that is so cool how you got them just in a perfect pic...I got this one and it is pretty sweet even though I had my gf throw bread practically in my lap to get it ([link] ). I have a couple others, but this was the best shot I thought.

You feed them! That's my trick for getting close ups of birds :3

I like the perspective on this a lot. I've seen it on trees, fences, and other generally not-moving subjects, but it's unique to see it with seagulls.

Great photo! The seagull is one of my favourite birds. There's something about their ability to adapt and survive that intrigues me.

I hate seagulls. Once it stole this keychain of mine that I had just bought, in Australia, it just grabbed it from the ground when it fell and flew away with it.
But...
I love this picture. I love the focus on the seagulls and how detailed the picture is. Good Job

... Did you happen to take this with a high-zooming lens? It's just that my brother has been trying for years to get up-close to a seagull to get a decent picture. He's never succeeded.
I know for a fact that he would kill to get a picture like this

Naw, I used a high DPI setting and the lens that came with the camera. My technique is feeding them to get em in close I hope that helps!

Actually, feeding them is a good idea... He's never tried that approach, as far as I know. Thanks a lot! I'll be sure to pass the suggestion along

Seagulls really do remind me of dinosaurs, or at the very least reptiles; they have the same cold and cruel stare.
Lovely photo though, it came out wonderfully and I love the focus on the very first one.
