Veryyy true. With Starfire it was about teaching her. With Raven, it was both of them learning and teaching each other, a very mutual love.

actually in Teen Titans Go!, the comic series off the tv series, it shows that Raven did indeed have feelings for Robin, and found herself closer to him than anyone else. However, she felt that by being with Starfire he was on good hands. Though an evil alternate universe of the two referred to each other as lovers

In the comics, she also stopped Starfire & Robin's wedding. :3 But that was a 'evil' Raven if I remember correctly. I personally like them better. They seem like a better match than the Star/Rob.
