While it looks pretty good, shrinking her eyes a bit and making her ears smaller would bring the perspective back.

Well. She kinda looks like she is looking intently at something just above eye level. So you could draw a pixie flying above eye level or sitting on a leaf from a tree branch. Or maybe some other bug. Now that you have a suggestion, let you imagination run wild!
