Pretty! I like the color scheme, those patterns, and the dangling sash thingies -- IDK the real name of them, but they remind me of epaulets.

That is a beautiful train~ I can imagine little tiny silver bells with pink ribbon ties on a feathered hat as an added detail to go with the outfit, but this is simplistic and gorgeous~<3 What an inspiration~!
