Description

Photos taken at ten minute intervals, except for the smallest crescent and totality. Taken with a handheld solar filter.

(I hadn't thought about my camera having trouble with dimness just before totality. I was hoping to get a bunch of photos of the little phases, but the camera wouldn't work from lack of light, and I sort of forgot about totality while trying to fix it.)

During totality (when I did look up), it looked like twilight, just just after sunset. The streetlights came on, I saw Venus in the sky, and there was an orange glow at the horizon.
