For Disney-club 's April A's contest. (if it's allowed, I'll get a better photo tomorrow or try to scan it or something)
bonus: Agrabah (more specifically, Aladdin's hovel) is a place from the movie. And, an apple is an important object from the movie.

i got the idea back at the start of the month. I thought of a watercolor image, kind'a like a kid's alphabet thing. Something cute.
...And I did have some unopened watercolors I bought, uh, maybe a year or two ago, having thought about trying watercolors but then never doing so (well, I recall using watercolor briefly in school). But... I thought I should read some (and watch some videos on) watercolor first. And then I went out and bought some fancy paper and some other supplies three days ago. Two days ago I tested some cheap paper I had bought with the watercolors in the first place, but it got warped even with tape on it, so I used the good paper.

I was thinking of adding some Easter eggs in the image (since Easter is in April), but I kind'a forgot (I didn't really like that idea anymore anyhow).

My main references were photos I took of myself on the edge of my bed, behind my curtains, and behind my pillow (didn't think I could make pose ref for Abu). I also used animationscreencaps.com/aladdi… (pages 8, 11, 14, 15) for bg ref (Aladdin's place, the palace) and for Aladdin and Abu. And I did a quick Bing image search for Amin and Abis Mal.
