It was conference day.
Everyone was out for lunch, except for the Asian countries (and Russia. Never forget Russia.)
The 'victim', China, sat in his chair, dozing.
Taiwan glanced around, clearing her throat quietly. No potential witnesses. Good.
She slunk towards China's phone, which lay, vulnerable, on the table. Taiwan shot her hand out and grasped at the sleek machinery. As soon as her fingers made contact, she ran.
She escaped, laughing all the while as the oblivious Chinaman woke up.

Okay, so I have three ideas for the pranks and there are copies for all of them.
First, there's Taiwan flirting with random people in China's voice.
Secondly, Taiwan unleashes her rage and insults random people.
Thirdly, normal (ish) prank calls.
