Reena inhaled deeply, her limbs trembling ever so slightly with the increasing pain that coursed through her. Yet she remained knelt, blade pointed outwards in defense as she listened intently, desperately trying to locate the direction of her offender. She couldn't be sure she had lost them. Hot blood stained her skin and pooled in the dirt below her as she exhaled her breath, waiting.((Wow alright, crapping stance is crappy. DKFGJndfgjdfg. Rp with her? ))

For years, darkness had become his hollow. And now, as he stood within its deapth, he stared upon such a wonderous site. He was floating midair, as he sat upon a conjured cloud. He could see this girl was frightened. But for what purpose, exactly? He put his hands beneath chin in thought as he watched her. His eyes were narrowed. He was waiting for what she apparently could not see or hear. He stood and his cloud vanished, although he still floated. He glared deeply as what had been after her appeared behind her. It snapped a twig.

Silently, Reena stood in a defensive stance. She had been in this situation far too many times to count and it frustrated her when she couldn't control what went on. However she knew she couldn't all the shots. With a straight face she listened, waited for the people who had been preying upon her. Being prey wasn't the most fabulous but she had to do what she must to survive, despite the out comes. With a sudden snap of a twig, in a swift and fluent motion, the blind elf spun on her heels, blade pointed in the direction of the sound. She gave a few warning swings, a frown settling on her lips as she took a single step back.

What lay behind the girl was a single tree, that was connected to another one. She was cornered suddenly. Three demonic looking beings, boxing her in. How low of them. With silent grace, Alistair swooped his hand to one side, causing him to dispell and drop towards the ground. He landed on his feet, very softly, making a light thud. He really cared not if he alerted these beings. They would not stand their chance with him. He looked towards the blind girl and with the same dull expression, his eyes began to glow red. The beings turned to face him, their weapons drawn. "Funny. You all seem to have way too much....confidence."Alistair spoke, raising an eyebrow. He stepped forward and the beasts ran at him. He flicked his wrist and suddenly, they froze in their tracks, their weapons only inches from his face. The girl was frozen too. He rushed at her and grabbed her in his arms, leaving the scene. He lead her to his nearby home. A mansion guarded by severe darkness. Once he got through the gates, he flicked his wrist again, and time started once more.

A light thud rang out and instantly caught the elf's attention. She blindly turned her head towards it as did the demons around her. She wasn't sure who this being was but at the time she could only assume it was another enemy. However she would soon be proven wrong. With her weapon drawn in defense, she let out a soft sound, pain shoot up her torso that she ignored to the best of her abilities. The next thing she knew, the demons were running from her, towards the source of this new sound and then it was like something was off. Terribly off. One minute she was in a forest and the next the smell of foliage and plant life no longer invaded her nose. She was somewhere different. Extending a hand, she slowly felt around, trying to gain her bearings, not a single word lifting from her throat as she did so. She could sense another being with her but as long as he didn't attack her, she wouldn't attack him. After all she fought to survive, not because she liked it.

Penelope his behind a tree, watching Reena. She knew what this woman did, so she kept her distance. She kept her attention on Reena and began to back away, but, as she paid no attention to where she planted her feet, stepped on a twig.

Reena held her breath as she listened intently to the surroundings. Her heart was pounding inside her chest but she paid no mind to it. Just as she was beginning to think she was safe, she heard a twig snap. Instinct kicked in and Reena quickly spun around, the blade thrusting towards the sound. She had realized there was a tree between her and the other because she was blind but she remained in a defensive stance.

Penelope let out a cry when the weapon was thrust in her direction. "D-don't h-hurt me!" she squeaked.

Reena raised a brow as the voice called out in a soft squeak. This girl definitely didn't sound like her offenders, however that didn't rule her out as a threat. Lowering the blade slightly, the blind woman exhaled a breath her face staring down the tree as she listened silently. For a moment she wondered what such a young sound girl was doing in such a dense forest.

Reena tilted her head slightly. The men from before? Had she been speaking of the guards who were chasing herself down as well? She didn't have much to think it over as familiar footsteps suddenly closed in around them. Jetting forwards, the blind woman grabbed the young girl, slapping a hand over her mouth as she darted off in the thicket of the forest. She settled down in a the coverage of the foliage, leaning down to place a finger over her lips, motioning to the girl to remain silent despite keeping her hand over her mouth.

With her hand firmly grasped around the young girl's mouth, Reena remained silent - as always - and listened as unsettling foot steps approached them. It was only a short time after they hid a couple soldiers appeared on the scene, glancing about curiously and carelessly flicking some leaves about before continuing onwards. It was apparent they were searching for some one and Reena knew it was her, the question lingering in her mind was, was it this girl as well?

Reena stared blindly out as the men passed them and she remained still long after the left eye sight. She listened intently to they're footsteps as the faded before slowly removing her hand from the girl's mouth. Standing up, she carefully moved out from the coverage of the forest, brushing herself off.

Reena glanced towards the girl before tilting her head back. Giving her name to a young girl, especially with a bounty over her head wasn't she was about to do.

Reena took a few steps forwards before raising a brow at the girl's quiet words. Slowly, she turned to face the younger one. There was a silence that settled between them before the blind elf let out a sigh, lifting her hand to motion to girl to follow. If she wanted to trail along, Reena supposed she could allow it. Just this once.

With a soft noise, Reena turned and started to walk. Now it would be up to this little girl if she followed or not. Reena wasn't going to force her into anything nor was she going to wait. With a hand extended, she felt forwards.

Citizen XT99 had looked at her, handguns still in his hand and ready for aim. The silent assassin had looked at Reena, studying her movements and mannerisms in battle. His watch was already activated to synchronize his voice. The mask and goggles he wore hid his expression really well as his guns were ready to fire.
Watch: Lock and load.
He pulled the trigger and blasted at his target, hoping that shot would put her out of their misery.

Reena remained still, desperately listening to the sounds around her. She had learned better than to just go off of gut feeling but she couldn't hear anything to cue her off of someone else's arrival. Her breath remained still in her throat and she licked her lips that had dried. Something felt off, horrible off. She felt like she was being watched and with a background of assassinations, she knew that wasn't a good thing. She was never one to go off of just pure gut instinct but she couldn't risk it. Just as she shifted, a shot was fired. It tore through her shoulder from her sudden movement and ripped a painful yelp from her mouth. She was sure she wasn't alone now and with that, ignoring the pain the best she could, she darted off as quickly as possible, ducking into the foliage and protective cover of the forest.

Citizen knew that this was going to happen. It always did with his previous victims. He wasn't happy, sad, thrilled or disappointed. Just...nothing. Going through his spywatch, he activated camouflage mode. He climbed up the trees and began to jump branch by branch. He could've activated his speed feature, but he needed the exercise. What's even funnier is that he enjoys exercising. However to him, it was no laughing matter. It never was.

Reena held her wounded shoulder, trying to stop the bleeding that now occurred. The last thing she needed was more blood lose. Although, hopefully, this wouldn't be anything fatal. It was hard enough to survive on what she was and now she had to worry about these wounds. If she managed to escape. She knew not the think like that but it was hard to push such dreaded thoughts aside. Shaking them from her mind, she continued forth, making her way quickly through the forest with surprising agility considering the state she was in. She blindly felt around as she rushed onwards, listening to the sounds and every so often stumbling for she couldn't see the small roots and obstacles in front of her. The pain coursed through her body and every limb screamed at her to stop but she hadn't the time to listen now. With the adrenaline that was pulsing through her now, she could make it some where safe before collapsing in sheer exhaustion and pain. Then she would have to deal with her next biggest problems. The wounds.

Citizen knew that she would go into hiding. Using the radar setup in his watch, he looked around the forest and searched for his victim. Traces of specific blood and flesh could be scanned all over the area. He nodded as he kept on jumping branch after branch. There was no time to rest. He needed to get the job done. Animals were watching him move, but he didn't care. As long as he was the predator, no animal would even dare to think about attacking the bullet demon.

Reena kept a hand out to feel about as she ducked and weaved through the shrubbery of the forest. She had done this so often she was confident in her movements however she kept a hand out just in case. It was best to keep it safe anything could slow her down and that was the last thing she needed when she had become the prey. She could just vaguely hear the sounds of bark meeting the leathery souls of shoes and it made her uneasy. She knew she needed to find somewhere with water to wash off all traces of her. As she raced forth, the blind woman slid under a fallen tree and right down an unexpected hole. She let out a gasp as her body plummeted down a couple feet before landing in a pile of soft dirt. She grunted before quickly rolling onto her feet, scampering back towards the shadows. She could hear water, there must of been a source somewhere in this hidden underground cavern.

Her sight was already out of the radar. Citizen's mask had tightened even more. With her out already, there was no point in searching anymore. It was a lost cause.
Well, almost.
Citizen noticed footprints. He was certain that it was his target's because he could recognise the forensics on the footwear she wore. Knowing where they're headed, he followed the trail.

The sound of trickling water could be heard clear in Reena's ears. That had to been a small pond or stream in this cavern somewhere. Slowly and carefully, she proceeded forth, feeling along a damp and dirty wall of the cavern. The sounds became more clear and before she knew it, she was standing in front of a rather large and clear pond, fairly deep as well. Several bushes surrounded it. Reena could smell the clean water and for a moment she wished she could have appreciated the beauty that probably laid before. Without a sound, she felt around onto she reached a bush closest to the rock wall. She crawled into it, covering herself in the dirt that is was planted it, in hopes to mask the irony scent of blood. She would wait a couple moment, then if she felt it was clear, she would proceed into the pond to bath. These cuts needed to be clean and the scent of blood needed to be washed away.

Citizen walked very slowly in order to follow her footprints. He was eager to hunt her down, but he wasn't impulsive as any other bounty hunter. He was a silent assassin. And he needs to live up to that title.

The trail had ended to a hole. He was curiois on why she would simply jump down there. Of course, it hit him. Taking a soft, deep breath, he jumped down and landed gracefully.

Reena remained silent, listening for a long moment. She hadn't heard a thing for several minutes. She decided it was safe enough to have. Slowly, she crawled out from the bush, slowly nearing the pond. She felt the water's edge and once she found it, she exhaled a soft sigh. Swiftly, she undid her dirtied and blood stained bandages and kicked off her boots and pants. She then slid into the clear water, her skin rejoicing in the cool sensation as it instantly started wash away the blood and grim from her skin.

Citizen heard water somewhere.He checked his radar, with an unknown identified location on the spot. Deactivating his watch, he took a long travel down the cavern. His nightvision was on as he could see what lirked behind the shadows. Suddenly, he had heard water again. Conforming that he wasn't alone, he slowly walked further and...
Citizen: Bullseye.
He noticed the target in the water. Quietly, he hid in the bushes and slowly took out his sniper rifle to take aim.

Reena took in a breath as she washed her cuts and gashes. She had dunked her head under the water, pausing before coming up and flipping her head up. This was the rare time she had removed the bandages around her face, exposing her one, sickly pale eye, the other closed tightly due to the fact no eyeball rested in that socket. Washing her face, she suddenly paused as she heard soft rustling off in the distance. It was quite faint and she had almost missed it. Looks like she had been a tad bit too impatient to wash this grim off of her. Suddenly, she ducked down into the water, swimming towards the pond's edge. She needed her blade. It was apparent she couldn't run forever. She couldn't even be sure anyone was there, maybe she was just paranoid. However it better safe than sorry.

Citizen tried to keep aim on her. Hiwever, as she kept moving, the aim was more shaky and he couldn't concentrate properly. He needed a perfect hit to confirm the kill. Suddenly, he had noticed her eye, very strange and unnatural.
Citizen: (Is this why she needed to wear bandages? Doesn't matter. I need to eliminate her immediately.)
As he finally took his aim properly, he pulled the trigger.

Reena sighed inwardly, dirt now sticking to her skin from the water as she scrambled into the bush. Quickly grabbing the hilt of her blade, she could hear the fumbling of a trigger. A soft curse escaped her throat and she made a quick move, feeling the bullet graze the side of her neck, close enough to invoke blood to the surface. A grunt left her mouth as she charged forth towards the noise, blade drawn. She blindly leapt forth, swinging the blade in warning a couple times. She didn't want to fight but she did what she had to to survive.

However, that shot had attracted her attention. And before you know it, his target ran towards her. She was fast. Equally as fast as him. He wouldn't have time to use the sniper rifle for close range firing. He could've blocked her attack, but couldn't risk it. So in a matter of time, he dropped the sniper and jumped out of the way by the side.

It was evident in the way she looked to absently and never focused anything in particular that she was blind. As she heard the rustling of leaves she focused on the sounds of movement around her. She knew he had dropped the gun and when she had stumbled upon it, she kicked it towards the pond. She then rolled towards the source of the sound, blade held out defensively as she couched, swinging the blade towards his general direct. She could feel the dirt now cling to her dampened exposed skin as she moved. Her goal wasn't to kill him, however she would if she had too.

Citizen got up to his feet and saw her kick the sniper rifle into the pond. However, he had an alternative. He always had. A rule to an assassin is to have a back-up. And he fulfilled that.

Quickly, he took out his twin handguns from his holsters and began to fire, running around her very further from her.

Reena was quick to roll backwards as she heard his hand sift around, pulling out two hand guns. She grunted as she did her best to avoid them, a couple hitting or scrapping against the skin. She quickly took cover behind a large rock, pressing her back against the hard surface. It would prove difficult to get close when he had all the ranged weapons. Of course, she held nothing but close combat weapons. What good would range do her when she couldn't see nor aim properly? Her mind began to race, formulating plans and ideas. She had to play this carefully.

He saw her hiding behind a rock. He kept on firing at the rock. He knew that he can't keep using range attacks. It would be too repetitive and predictable. He placed one of the handguns back in his holster and took out a ballistic knife.
Citizen: (Phase two.)
Using his spywatch, he checked on her movements with the radar. He noticed a small rock and picked it up. If he were to lure her out, he needed a plan. So, he threw the rock nearby her to think that he was coming and began to prepare fire.

Reena held her breath as she formulated ideas. With the little given to her exposal she would have to play this smart. He was an assassin just as she and she knew not to take his skills for granted. She didn't even flinch when she heard the skittering of a rock rolling past her. With a sharp turn, she spun on her heels, thrusting her blade in that direction, expecting him to be there. When she swung the blade a couple times in defense, she quickly realized she had mistaken the sound. Just barely peering from around the rock, she grunted. She had to think of an idea to stall him and she had left her pouches with her clothes just a little bit away. She wasn't sure she wanted to risk trying to grab them. Feeling around her, she could find dirt and small rocks. Collecting a bundle of small rocks, she took a breath before suddenly pelting them towards him, making a mad dash for her clothes. As soon as she grabbed them, she rolled forwards, somersaulting behind another rock for cover. She then started to sift around her bag, feeling through her belongings.
