Probably an alternate situation where Mangle asks Foxy to be her friend and Foxy (who has a tad bit less of a problem with Mangle/doesnt respond to nice things poorly) is confused because nobody really thinks they can be his friend so they don't try, so he doesnt understand why Mangle's trying
