Admin: DISCLAIMER OF AWESOMENESS! Yeah, this is completely a headcannon of mine. I just say that China heard someone say it once and thought it was cute, and since he loves all things cute he adopted it as his eternal verbal tick. That's not official or anything, just my headcannon. The real reason is that it's a Japanese stereotype of Chinese people. You can hear a lot of Chinese characters in subbed Anime say it.
