Judging by the abilities she has, she seems fitting for being a Legendary Variant.

Characters with really different playstyles and unique abilities are obviously Legendary.
I can't wait for any new official variants in the future - maybe some Legendaries for the GW1 classes that ARE NOT CHOMPER. God, I felt he got too much attention, personally.

Yeah. But I agree..So far there are 3 new chomper variants. I really want to see some more Captain deadbeard and cactus variants (Based on Those Classes I Think You Can Guess I'm a Sniper-Loving Guy lol). Also I'm not sure what EA is gonna do for more older class variants (especially Engineer). What I mean is that most plant and zombie classes already have alot of elemental variants and engineer basically has all of them. I'm interested to see if they're gonna release more variants for older characters in future dlc.

EA isn't developing the game. PopCap is. EA is just the publisher.
Anyhoo, I feel Sunny gets the least love out of the original 4 Plant classes. She never had a promo variant in GW1 (I guess I should feel lucky since that makes her the only Plant to have all her variants return in GW2) and she has potential for Toxic and Ice variants. I'm assuming they think it won't make sense for an Ice Flower using Sunbeams?

That gave me an idea...An Ice Based Sun Beam Ability. Just Like The Normal Sunbeam Bur Can Temporarily Freeze Zombies.

But if it's a unique ability, then she might have to be Legendary as well. But then again, she won't have a special meter or anything.
