i kinda have a question- how do you do the whole glitchy effect thingy?? if you dont mind telling that is cough

basically i just grabbed a few parts of the ask with the square lasso tool
and then i searched up glitch online
and i added the glitch picture to the ask
selected a few more parts with the square lasso tool
pressed select - inverse
then erased the outside of the selected parts
the glitch picture was on a seperate layer of course
although i use medibangΒ so it might not work the same way for you if you dont use it
