It's not that IE is slow,it how you take care of your computer.if one little virus is installed,it can cause IE to slow down.

You know, it seems everyone dislikes the Internet Explorer, but it's the only one that works for me.
Chrome even crashes my computer and has far more errors then it, and it's slower.
Funny enough I actually haven't had very mand IE crashes. Only when i'm running to many things in the background.

I just click the button? You could be trying to run a diferent "bit" IE, I did that by axident once and could not open my IE. I just had to go finde the normal one. If thats not the problim, Like an other person said, IE's a bit outdated and doesn't work on alout of systems anymore.

I think that it depends on the computer you have, and the compatibility of different browsers on your computer. It does seem that way, and it's usually because IE is a very, very old browser and it is very outdated.
It could also depend on your wifi, if it has a good connection or not. A web browser is supposed to run multiple tabs and windows, and IE doesn't do a very good job on my computer, probably because it's a mac. All in all, it's all up to someone's opinion. ))
