Okay! So what we will do is that we will each have our plushies, every member of the council! Even Sensei, even Big Vaati, even Mr. Ventri... everyone! Then when he appears, we will all charge at him and some of us will attack him with plushies! Then I will glomp him and put my plushie on his face so he can sleep...
He can't teleport away from us because we will think up of a spell so he won't be able to! Brilliant, is it not?

Yes he will! Then after we smother him we strip him down to his underwear while he is unconscious and throw him to a bunch of fangirls. That way he can feel what its like to be raped and then he wont mess with any of us again and he will come back begging for us to stop and he will bow down and kiss our feet and do everyrhing that we command him to do and he will never hurt anyone again!

But if it means that he will finally stop messing with us, then I suppose drastic measures must be taken... do you suppose we can also ask Big Vaati and Sensei to put their worst faces forward to scare them off? And Mr. Lord Vaati, too!

Yeah.... I guess that was a lottle over done if I do say so myself... maybe being that harsh isnt the best idea. Maybe having a talk with him would be better. If you would like to get people involved go ahead and be my guest. Just dont make them be to serious about it.

I understand why you want to get back at him though... maybe we could try a different approach... maybe we could all get our weapons and threaten him that we will slowly chop off his body parts with spoons and umbrella points if he doesn't vow to leave us alone... our council is not a force to be reckoned with...
