Um yeaaaaaaah... That not true the only thing close to that is that they would cut off some of a babies hair when they are born(once they get hair any way) and keep it as a momento and people still do that today and now you know where it came from and if a loved one were to die they would cut of some of their hair and keep it in their pockets to respect them and remember them, but the whole pubic hair hat thing isn't true
