Bio: Ilias once came from a line of noble men. But that all was lost. He lives as a scam artist in the poorer part of the kingdom. There he sits and waits for the right moment to strike and take their money. He is currently in much trouble with the authorities but always manages to escape them.
Tid bits(likes/dislikes/random info): Ilias often pretends to be blind and feeble. He does this so he can scam people more easily and to avoid getting caught. He's a very greedy reptile and only looks out for himself. He is very knowledgeable about certain things

I remember seeing one of these guys on the animal channel a couple of years back and I thought that they're pretty cool
I had another character planned for this contest but I had a few complications and I just went with this guy instead
Hopefully I can get an honorable mention! ;A; I'm not too confident on this one, though
I've seen everyone else entries and theirs are better //sobs
