Bero lives in the FIRE Kingdom, which means that there is no water.
Any water that comes close to the kingdom will evaporate due to the immense
heat. It would be very difficult to get in the fire kingdom with out some sort of cooling spell.
But who am I kidding, we all just happen to know or run into Flambo. HAHAHAHAHA
Also, BERO LIVES IN THE FIRE KINGDOM, WHICH MEANS THERE IS NO WATER THERE ))
