So I've been doing some warm up sketches for the last couple of days and decided to post them for kicks and giggles.

1) Crayola's hair has always amused me, especially since it doesn't match her tail really. I always imagined that she use to have beautiful long flowing hair but she cut it off when she reached legal age. It's unfortunate that it now resembles the back side of a water fowl...

2) I hinted before in Just Friends that Spellbind has a fear of storms. Whether its because of the flashing lightning or the crashing of thunder, poor Spell is brought to tears and uncontrollable trembling. Crayola tries her best to comfort the mare after Spell crawls into bed with her, but how do you protect someone from a fear you can't control?

I also did a lot of practicing with lighting and awkward intertwining leg poses... It was painful, hence why I didn't finish it.
