Well, I could tell that she was touched that you did that, uh, well you know, what you did to save her and her friends from the ghosts (she was smiling big-time after all). Because of this I'm sure she likes you back, but because the age difference is a little too obvious at the moment she isn't doing anything about it. That is if she realizes it, sometimes it takes a while for a person to catch on to their feelings for another person. As you proved earlier.
Wait a year or two when you're closer to her height and the age difference isn't so obvious and I'll bet she'll return your feelings. Especially since she's broken up with a lot of guys in the past, and after seeing an example of Gravity Falls's teenage boys I'm not surprised. You're different from those guys, and a lot better, so there's a very good chance it'll work out.
