I happen to like this one more than the colored version, really.
The contrast in blacks and whites and the red really gives a lot of strenght to the pic.
I also like the poses of the characters. Even though, Neji could be looking to the sky (you know, the "free bird" thing...) and Itachi to the ground (Maybe like looking to "the Hell", or only a way to make him have an empty stare). Just a suggestion, though, it looks great this way.

Very cool! Love the simplicity of it. I'm not too sure about the whitish lines separating their shirts and hair from the BG, maybe it'd look better if that part was all black.

Nope -- white eyes. also, you can't see the outline of course since i made it all black, but he has a ponytail. if it was sasuke's spiky hair, the shiny parts would have been more jagged and angled toward the back, not downward.
