Yeah, I can singprobably not as well as everyone thinks I do
but, just because I can,
doesn't mean I do
or that I even like to!
(And, no--I don't)
[[Edit: I am more than aware that both Mr. Vic Mignogna and Ms. Romi Paku are very talented singers.
Think, though: They have had vocal lessons in their lifetime.
There isn't a lot (if any) reason for Ed to have taken any of those. And it seems very improbable that he would've been born with that talent.
I'm not saying he sounds horrible. But as far as this account and headcanon go, he can barely shift notes and doesn't even know what a vibrato is.
Anyone who makes further remarks about this or posts another link to one of Mr. Mignogna's or Ms. Paku's songs will either be redirected to the description or ignored.

it's stupid, considerin' it's my hair and I know what color it is
[[Both the first anime and Brotherhood liked to color his hair quite vividly. But if you look at Ms. Arakawa's color illustrations, it's usually a straight yellow (if not a little toned down).
And I like applying reality to the characters I take on. The only way you get hair that color is an out-of-box dye.
Whereas eyes do come in gold. It's typically called "amber", however. (And I know they exist, because my dad has them.]]
