See, you just have to figure out where they like to be petted, some like their head, behind the ears, down their back, their belly, under their chins... The one I find most cats like is the side of their neck or behind their ears. They might not like you because you handle them wrong, they have preferences as much as you do.

Maybe you smelled weird to them. The automail perhaps? Strangers cats don't like me very much because I smell like my own cats (from petting them so much). And did you let the cat approach you or did you walk up to it? I've had cats try to bite me because I did it when they didn't know I was trying to.

This suit, definitely. Ed opinion on the first one was kinda right, the second one reminds me too much of Kimblee. The softness and kind of casual touch really compliments him here.

((I personally like the third one, the gray one. I can't stand neither white nor black suits - the former is too glamorous to my taste and the latter is just too plain.
I also think the third one fits Ed - it goes well with his skin tone and hair color.
The second one, the white one, makes Ed appear as a mafioso, imo, 'cause they are usually portrayed in movies wearing white suits with bright-colored shirts. The first one... well, black rarely looks good on blonds. Since blond-haired people usually have pale skin and toneless face features - black makes the details fade even more.))
