Well I don't know if it's really Mr.Spain's fault...but Mr.Netherlands said to stay away from him...so...(( Hmm...
I'm thinking about whether Miffy had an interaction with Spain or not.
I do remember Netherlands, Spain, Italy, and Belgium interacting,
but if you think hetalia wise
would Netherlands let his pet go walk around into people?
but then again
in a Hetalia strip
Miffy made her appearance by interacting with Pochi
who is obviously would be a stranger in that area.
Now that I think about it,
perhaps the interaction about Miffy interacting with Pochi in the strip could possibly be relating to both Japan and Netherland's control in Indonesia? hmm...maybe
but anyways
maybe Miffy could have had an interaction with Spain...probably
