This does not reflect anything to do with the mods, Vincent does have a mental condition due contant physical and mental abuse as a child.
It has tapped within his head and that is the cause of his blackouts.
It quite is a serious situation to him since he grew up with Vincent and Victor[twin] in which both boys experiences Vincent's blackouts, even Jeremy at the start of his work at fazbears.
