Alright, she finally has a reference!

Name/Gem: Carnelian
Nicknames: Sometimes people call her Carnie for short (which she hates)
Age: Unknown, she's one of the older gems there is though
Pronouns: They/Them/She/Her
Height: A little shorter than Pearl
Weapon: Shepherds staff, she can use it to "herd" an almost liquid fire.
Gem Placement: Inner left forearm (not shown above)
Origin: Homeworld
Current Residence: Earth
Alliance: Earth, Crystal Gems (she's not a full CG yet though)
Personality: Snarky, sarcastic, workaholic, anxious if not working, passionate, loving (shows it in a strange way though), avoids fighting, easily embarrassed, easily irritated
Bio: On Homeworld, Carnelians organize ship departures and arrivals, mission assignments, archives, resources and everything else that keeps Homeworld running smoothly. All Carnelians are somewhat connected to each other as well, which is how they can act almost as one entity. This gives them a lot of power, which they used in the Rebellion without the Diamonds knowledge. Our Carnelian was secretly sent to Earth to learn about humans, the Crystal Gems, the planet itself, to help the Carnelians decide as a whole if they should stage a full scale rebellion.
