I downloaded MME and FINALLY got it working correctly 8IAnd so I tested out a few effects I downloaded 8D

Well uh
You go to the yellow accessory box, and you mess with the box labelled Tr.
Make the number less than 1, like 0.98 or 0.52 . The effect you choose should show up.
Effects like blood and bomb work like that.
