Make large triangles of clothlessnes on the sides of her shirt. Now instead of a short poof skirt, image a skirt like elsa's dress. Her skirt is white. Her shirt is white excluding the frills. The frills connect to the skirt btw. Hercape is still red. And she has green make-up under her showing purple eye. You now have cora.))
