So, yup, that was me. I only have a few pictures from before I was curse, but this one's my favorite because this was when my Mom made me the jacket that I'm always wearing. And so she wanted a picture of me in it, you know how Mom's are. I keep it around just........ you know............ so I remember how I looked before all.......... this...(( Thanks for the question This also made a great question for my milestone of twenty questions! 8D And so....... now you know what she looked like before the curse :3 ))

*She looks up at him slightly as she kept her hands against her head* Tain p-please just run already! I-I don't want you getting h-hurt.......... *she cringes a little as the blackness washes over her eyes again. She quickly reaches out and grabs him by the collar as the creature in her laughs* Oh but I have no problem with hurting you. Should have left when she told you to buddy boy! Now we have to end this the hard way.

Hard way. *With a flick of his wrists he clamps both gauntlets onto her forearms and says.* Right. *He grasps the now closed gauntlets, closes his eyes, and begins quickly chanting some incomprehensible language. The runes around the gauntlets begin glowing a bright blue and a low hum emanates from them.*

*The creature's eyes widen and she quickly rips her arms from out of his grasp* What did you do?! Oh you are NOT making it any easier on yourself for when I...... *she starts clawing at the gauntlets to try to remove them but the runes then start to glow even brighter. A flash of light quickly emits in between them and it sends her flying backwards to where she slams into the wall and then collapses to the ground. She lays there completely still as the light from the runes start to fade and the claws on her hands then slowly revert to normal*

*Tain crawls over to her and lifts her up off the ground, cradling her head.* Reenah?...

*She stays limp in his arms for a few seconds before starting to stir as she came to and some blue sparks still hovered around her from the power the gauntlets gave off. She moves her head to the side a little as she opens her eyes slightly, a bit disoriented and drained of energy from everything that had happened. She manages to move her head a little in order to look up as she stares at him through her clouded vision and she talks softly* ........... Did you kill me?

*He smiles sadly and shakes his head.* No Reenah. No. *A trickle of blood flows out of the corner of his mouth. But he is smiling at her nonetheless and holding her carefully as though she could break in his arms at any time.*

*She blinks a few times as her vision, along with her head, starts to clear up more. It takes a couple seconds to process it but as she stares at the blood dripping from his mouth her eyes widen slightly* Tain......... you're hurt. *her eyes then widen more as it finally dawns on her what happened. What she did. She manages to sit up a little as she slowly glances around the room. The destruction was overwhelming. The shattered pieces of furniture laying in pieces around the room but more disturbing was the bit of blood that was scattered about the floor. His blood. Her eyes quickly fill up with tears at the realization of what happened........ and what almost happened. She mouths a few words that don't quite make it out as the tears just stream down her face. Within an instant, she completely breaks down as she buries her face in his chest and shouts through the ongoing tears* I'M SO S-SORRY!!

*Tain coughs as she buries her face into his chest but quickly ignores the discomfort and hugs her.* No no no no Reenah. Not Reenah fault. *He rests his forehead against the top of her head.* Not Reenah fault. Tain fault. Tain should've known thissss could happen. Tain ssssorry Reenah. Tain sssssorry.

*She continues to sniff and sputter a little as she keeps her face hidden against him* N-no Tain, I hurt you. I......I saw everything b-but I couldn't stop it. I wasn't strong enough t-to fight the creature off............ even when y-you were in t-trouble. I hurt you Tain and I could have.......... have....... *she looks down at her hands a little and then quickly clenches her fists as more tears run down her face* Gah no matter how I look I always come out a monster!!

*He rubs her back comfortingly and lets her cry.* No. Reenah not monssster. Creature very ssstrong. It not Reenah fault. *Tain leans back to rest against the nearby wall as she cries and he holds her... Magic. He could really do without it.*

*She cries for a few seconds longer before starting to calm down to only a few soft sniffs. She sits up a little and begins wiping some of the remaining tears from off her face. She looks up at him and shakes her head a little as she sighs* Oh geez, here I am crying all over you and you're still hurt. We......... we need to get you patched up.

It alright Reenah. Tain not hurt that bad. *He says with a small smile. Technically he wasn't lying to her. He had been hurt worse than this. Tain actually felt lucky. All he got from the attack was a cut up arm and some broken ribs. It could have been a lot more serious. And it was probably because of Serina's presence that he wasn't hurt any worse.*

*She looks down at the slowly bleeding gashes in his arm and shakes her head* No....... no you're hurt. Here, I'll um....... I'll fix up your arm and we'll go from there. *She stands up and walks over to where she kept her first aid kit. She frowns a little as it happens to be in the set of cabinets she no more than a few minutes ago had thrown him into. She makes her way around the debris and manages to slide open the slightly damaged drawer as she pulls the first aid kit out. She walks back to him and kneels down in front of him as she begins taking the items out of the kit that she would need. Placing a bit of liquid onto a cotton ball, she begins dabbing his wounds with it. As she cleans the wounds on his arm, she can't help but keep her head down without ever really looking up at him, still somewhat ashamed at everything she did while under control of the creature*

*Tain watches her clean the cuts on his arm. She doesn't look up at him or try to speak to him. Finally he says.* Reenah. Look at Tain please.

I........ I'm a little busy right now Tain. *She continues to keep her head down low as she slowly cleans up his wounds*

*He furrows his brow, reaches out to her face, and gently tilts her face towards him.* Reenah. It not Reenah fault.

*She stares up at him for a second before sighing and looking away slightly* Really? Because last time I checked it was my hand around your throat, my claws slicing into your arm and it was me who almost...... almost.............. *she quickly looks down as she just stares at the ground. She then notices a slight trace of his blood still staining her nails and she quickly shuts her eyes as she wipes it off against her skirt* And I'm the one with your blood on my hands.........

*Tain quickly reaches down and grabs her hands. He squeezes them lightly and after a few moments of silence asks.* Reenah remember when Tain got drunk on root beer? 'Causse of what Pain did?

Something......... about it........... not being your fault.......... *she grumbles a little when she realizes where he was going with this* But this is my fault! If I hadn't have asked you to do this curse reversing thing in the first place then all of this wouldn't have happened!

And if Tain never offered to reverssse curssse thissss never would've happened either. *He states firmly.* Reenah can blame Reenah all day long. But Tain forgive Reenah. Becausssse Tain know Reenah not mean to hurt Tain.

*She gives a small sigh but then looks up at him as she smiles slightly* Can't you ever just once agree with me that something's my fault and be done with it?

*She chuckles lightly as she manages to smile a little more* You mean you're even more stubborn than me? I didn't think a thing like that was possible. *she laughs a little and then looks back down at his arm. Her smile fades slightly and she brings the first aid kit closer to herself* Oh um, let's finish fixing you up here. *she leans to the side as she pulls a bandage from out of the kit and begins slowly wrapping it over his wounds*

*She continues wrapping up his arm and she sighs softly* Tain............. neither of us expected this to happen. Remember when I said I wasn't a big fan of magic? Well, this is sort of a good example on why. *she chuckles weakly and then ties off the bandage* Like I said, magic usually comes with a catch or it backfires horribly. Well.......... this was it. *she then tilts her head a little as she looks down at the gauntlets that were now placed against her arms* At least we fixed it in time.

Her gaze falls onto the heap of destroyed furniture scattered about the room and she places a hand on the back of her neck as she smiles sheepishly* Well, I guess I better start cleaning this up. And you stay right where you are and rest. *she stands up as she walks over to the debris that was once her table and she nudges some of the splintered wood with her foot* Boy, I really did a number on the place didn't I?
