So, yup, that was me. I only have a few pictures from before I was curse, but this one's my favorite because this was when my Mom made me the jacket that I'm always wearing. And so she wanted a picture of me in it, you know how Mom's are. I keep it around just........ you know............ so I remember how I looked before all.......... this...(( Thanks for the question This also made a great question for my milestone of twenty questions! 8D And so....... now you know what she looked like before the curse :3 ))

*She stops a second as she realizes that that didn't really occur to her until now* Huh......... I hadn't really thought about that. *she pulls her hair over to the side and turns around for him to take a look. The serpent mark on her shoulder now almost looked like a birth mark only being a slightly darker color in comparison to the skin around it. The white eyes on it that used to be green were giving off what looked like a low, soft pulsating glow* How's it look? Is it still there?

Really? *she reaches around as she lightly brushes her hand over where the mark is. She sighs slightly and shrugs* I don't know, maybe......... maybe since this is only temporary the mark just stayed where it was. Maybe that's why it didn't try to fight the process either. Though I don't really know a lot about this curse stuff so it's anyone's guess.

*Tain smiles and says.* Reenah no worry sssso much. *He pushes her shoulder playfully as they continue walking.*

*She laughs a little as he pushes her and smiles* Well, I can't help but worry a little. I'm not really a big fan of this whole magic stuff. It's weird and I don't really understand how a lot of it works. There always seem to be some kind of....... catch to it or it backfires in some horrible way.

*Tain nods in complete agreement.* Ssseemssss magic causssessss more problemssss than it fixessss. *As they walk together he finds it strange that he hasn't heard from Pain yet. Usually he pops up with some kind of sarcastic comment. But Tain quickly shrugs this thought off. At least Pain is leaving him alone.*

Yeah, sometimes magic can be just.... can be........ *she places her hand against the side of her head as she rubs it a little. She still had the same lingering headache from after the transformation. She thought it'd be gone by now but it seemed to just be getting worse. But what was weird was that it didn't feel like other headaches that she had had. It felt....... different somehow. She just shakes her head a little and continues her thought* Um...... oh right, magic can be kind of annoying sometimes.

*Tain looks towards her and cocks his head a little.* Reenah alright?

*She takes her hand away from her head and smiles slightly as she looks up at him* Uh, yeah, I'm fine. Just a bit of a headache from the whole transformation thing is all. My body must just not be used to being normal again I guess. No big deal.

*He nods slowly and returns her smile.* Alright. *They eventually leave the ice field behind and begin crossin the grasslands. Tain opens up his cloak and takes a deep breath. The sun feels phenomenal. he turns back towards her and asks.* Ssso what Reenah gonna do with human body?

*She thinks about it a second before a small smile crosses her face* Well, there is kind of one thing I want to do first. Might seem kind of dumb but while being cursed, it's something that I kind of missed doing. *As they make their way across the grassy landscape, the tree line of the forest starts to come into view. She smiles and walks a little faster towards it* I'll be right back. *After disappearing into the trees for a few minutes, she comes back holding a bright red apple in her hand* After being cursed, this is probably one of the things I missed the most. *she hesitates a second but then brings the apple up to her mouth and takes a bite. No more fangs to get stuck in it, no having to swallow the piece whole, she could actually eat it normally again! She smiles and slowly chews the piece of apple in her mouth. Out of everything she could be doing while being human this probably seemed less important, but not having the ability to chew for so long made this moment very important to her. She could actually taste the flavor of the apple, the texture of it, instead of just swallowing it whole like she had to before. She then finally swallows it and smiles brightly* Delicious.

*Tain watches her feeling very confused by her antics at first but as she chews the apple he understands and smiles at her.* It'ss been awhile huh? *He asks as he pulls a piece of dried meat out of his satchel, examines it momentarily, then downs it with out chewing and a couple hard swallows.*

Yeah, it's been quite awhile. *she quickly takes another bite from the apple and chews it slowly again. After she swallows it, she then looks up at him and smiles* So um, how does it feel to have to eat food like that? It's kind of weird at first right?

*He tilts his head and shrugs.* Tain kind of misssesss chewing. *They slowly walk through the forest and soon they come to the place in the trail where they have to depart. He looks at her and smiles.* Reenah have til' midday tomorrow. Enjoy it.

*She nods a little and smiles. She starts down the road but then quickly turns back and gives him another hug* Thank you so much Tain....... again. I just can't thank you enough for this. Oh and remember, stay away from cold places, be careful what you eat since you have to swallow it whole now and uh, you might be a bit stronger than you already were so just be careful with that. So....... thank you Tain, thank you.

*He is surprised by the sudden hug but quickly recovers and hugs her back.* Reenah welcome. *Tain releases her and gives her one last wave as he goes back down the trail to his home. Soon he is walking into the clearing that makes up his house. He reaches for the door handle and tugs, inadvertently ripping the door off its hinges. He blinks a few times.* "Bit stronger huh Reenah?" *He sets the door aside and walks in with every intention of going for another swim. Despite spending his entire life outdoors, Tain is actually very fastidious. As he disrobes he stretches his muscles eliciting several pops and cracks from his stiff joints. Tain looks down at the lower portion of his body and thinks.* "Huh. Guess everything gets scales." *He proceeds to walk outside towards the still end of the pool. Just as he is about to get into the water he feels something is amiss. He studies himself more closely in the reflective water.* "Something not right. Feel like Tain missing something. But everything here. Body parts, hair, scars...... Wait...." *Tain brings his bad shoulder closer to the water. The scar is still there but the veins have disappeared.* "What?....... Pain?......Pain!?......" *He calls out into his mind trying to locate the invading creature.*

*After a few minutes of walking, she makes it back to her own home and quickly rushes inside. Before she decided on what to do while she was normal, she wanted to see how she looked. Ever since she was cursed she hated having to see her reflection and not seeing the real her looking back. But today, that was different. She quickly rushes up the stairs and into her upstairs bedroom. She then looks over to the standing mirror and hesitates a second. She wasn't sure why she was so nervous, after all, she knew what she looked like normal. But somehow....... she was afraid that somehow she would still see the snake creature looking back at her. After a few seconds, she manages to push the thought aside when she finally came to terms that she was normal again. She was going to see her own reflection this time. She slowly walks up to the mirror and sighs slightly as she tilts the mirror down to see herself. She can't help widen her eyes a little at the sight. Her normal black hair, her gray colored eyes and most importantly not a snake feature in sight. After the initial shock fades, a wide smile crosses her face as she just stares at the reflection and lightly touches the side of her face* I......... still almost can't believe it. It worked. It really worked. I'm............ normal.

"Pain?..." *Tain had foregone his bath to search for the apparently missing creature. It was strange. Usually when Tain called for him Pain would appear to throw a few mean spirited remarks in his face. But this time there was nothing. No veins, no voice, no presence. With the exception of the scar there was no evidence he was ever there.* "Makes no sense. Couldn't have gone anywhere. Let's see... Last heard from Pain while walking through ice field. Felt him in cave. Then took Reenah's curse and......." *Tain's eyes widen in horror as he grabs his satchel and weapons and sprints for Serina's house.* "Couldn't be possible... Can't be possible!..."

*She stands at the mirror for a few seconds before sighing happily. She moves away but then quickly grabs her head a little in pain* Ugh, this stupid headache is just not going away! *The pressure against her head was almost unbearable. She'd never had a headache quite like this before. But she still convinces herself that it must just be some side effect of the transformation. She shakes her head a little and makes her way back downstairs to take some medicine in hopes of getting rid of it. She winces a little as she thinks* "If I'm going to be in pain the entire time I'm normal, this isn't going to be as much fun as I thought."

*Tain rushes through the underbrush and utilizes the lower branches of the trees as much as the ground for movement. He honestly thought Pain was an illness. Not a curse. But the more he thinks about it the more it makes sense. And if that is the case then the spell switched their curses. And if that's the case then Serina needed the potion right now. Before the veins reach her heart.*

*When she makes it down stairs, she walks over to a cabinet and pulls out a small vial of medicine for her headache. She places it down on the table and then walks over to the sink as she fills up a glass of water to wash down the medicine with. As the water from the faucet pours into the glass, she started to feel dizzier by the second. She shakily picks up the glass and tries to make it back to the table as the throbbing in her head increased. Unbeknownst to her, the eyes on the mark on her shoulder suddenly turned a deep black and the dark veins began to spread across her shoulder. As she stumbles towards the table, the glass suddenly slips from her hand and shatters against the floor as she falls to her knees. She grips her head in pain and breathes heavily as the room seemed to spin around her* Wh......... what's going on?!

*Tain stretches his legs and pumps his hardened muscles to greater levels than he has ever previously achieved. His lungs burn as they try their damnedest to force enough oxygen out of each gasping breath to fuel the blood flowing through his veins. Tain doubts he has ever run that fast in his life. Soon Serina's house comes into view, Tain slows to a stop and with heaving breaths bangs on the door with his fist.* Ree...nah!... Open... Up....

*She clutches her head as the veins across her shoulder start to spread more rapidly. She raises her head slight as she can vaguely hear someone at the door and she stayed crumpled up on the floor.............. Tain, it was Tain. She weakly grabs the edge of the table in an effort to pull herself up* T-tain........ h......... h-help..... *she cringes as she tries to sit up. As she hangs onto the table edge, her eyes widen in horror as she watches her nails slowly begin to form into sharp claws. That's when it hit her just what was happening* N... no....... oh glob no.....

*Tain throws himself against the oak door, bursting through the entry with splinters flying everywhere.* Reenah! *He rushes over to her side and sees the claws forming. His eyes widen and he whispers.* Oh glob... *Tain rummages through his satchel desperately looking for the vial of potion he always carries with him.* Where isss it?!

*She clenches her fists hoping that through sheer willpower she can stop from transforming any further. Unfortunately for her that wasn't working liked she hoped as the veins continue to spread closer and closer towards her heart. She cringes in pain and weakly looks up at him* Tain I.......... I can't hold on much l-longer. If I change and then try to... to.............. j-just do what you need to d-do. Don't l-let me hurt you. Just....... just........... *she tightly shuts her eyes and groans as she grabs at her sides in pain*

*Tain doesn't answer. A look of relief spreads across his face as his hand closes around the vial. He quickly pulls it out, pops the cork off, and tries to tilt the open end into her mouth.* Reenah. Drink!

*She shakily reaches up as she places her hand around the bottle. Before she can take a drink, she hangs her head as she cringes again* Tain I........ I............. *she justs sits there a second in silence as her hand clasps around the vial. Slowly a low, maniacal chuckle comes from her as the claws on her hand grow longer and she shatters the vial in her first just letting the shards of glass fall to the floor* I............ don't think we'll be needing that.

*Horror plasters Tain's face as he scurries backwards away from her.* R-Reenah?...

*She lightly brushes the shattered glass from her hand and then slowly looks up at him as she stares straight at him with her now piercing black eyes. A giant fanged grin then creeps across her face as she stands up and slowly walks towards him* Awww, what's wrong Tain? You look a little bothered by something. *her twisted smile grows wider as she places her hand on the edge of the table. With very little effort, she thrusts the table over to the side where it slams into the nearby wall and completely falls apart. She examines the claws on her hand a little as she smirks* Mmmmm, guess I don't know my own strength.

*She looks away from her hand and then back down at him* ........ you're right.............. this is SO much better. *she laughs and circles around him as she walks* The strength, the power, better than anything I ever had before. And the best part, all the advantages without looking the part of a monster. *she then looks down at the claws on her hand and chuckles* Well, for the most part. *she stops in her tracks and the looks over at him as she grins* And I think what you need to do is just........ relax. *she swiftly grabs him by the collar of the shirt and with strength beyond her own normal capability, she swings him around and then releases him as she propels him at the nearby couch*

Keeping all this power locked up inside ya' and never wanting to use it? Such a waste. Besides, why would you want to use that stupid little potion on me? *she grins and lightly runs a claw under his chin as she whispers* Don't you like me this way?

I think this change might be more of........ an improvement. *she smiles as she lightly runs her claws through his hair and leans in close to his face* There's no need for some nasty little potion, now is there?

*As he speaks, the blackness in her eyes recede slightly but she quickly shakes her head and chuckles as she stands back up* Oooooo, you're a real kill joy aren't cha'? Guess little Tain here has more willpower than I thought. What a shame. Guess I'll have to find my...... fun, some other way. *she slowly moves the claws on her hand and grins* Now then, let's take these powers on a little test drive shall we? *she then gives an evil smirk as she digs her claws into one of the walls of the tree. She slowly drags her claws as she rips and tears through the bark along the wall and she walks towards the door* Don't wait up.

You actually think I was asking permission. *she digs her claws into his arm as she pries his arm back away from her neck. In a blink of an eye, she quickly turns towards him as she grabs his throat and slowly lifts him off the ground* Are we really going to have to do this the hard way? I'd really rather not make a mess that I'll just have to clean up later. You could make it SO much easier on yourself if you just agree to sit down and shut up as I walk out this door. Or.......... we go with option B. *she grins evilly as she tightens her grip around his neck and then shrugs casually* Either way works for me but I'll let you choose. Which is it buddy boy?

*Tains gasps for air as she lifts him off the ground. Blood weeps from his arm and he holds onto her outstretched arm in an attempt to keep some leverage. He has to snap her out of it. Tain looks at her and manages to gasp out.* Then... K-kill Tain...

Or in this case, the worthless pest that's wasting my time. *She stops walking towards him and just raises an eyebrow as she stares at him. After a few seconds, the black in her eyes slowly recedes a little and her eyes widen in horror* T........ T-tain?.... *the black coloring quickly returns to her eyes as she grasps at her head* Oh no, you're not coming back that easily! *she grits her teeth as an obvious grueling fight was now going on inside of her. She stumbles around a little as she continues to grab at her head and then falls to her knees. She slowly starts pulling out a knife as she looks back up at Tain with the same deep black eyes* I-I'm finishing this! *she starts to stand up but quickly falls back to the ground as the blackness fades away a little* N-no I........ I won't let you! *she pushes the knife away from her and towards Tain as she quickly grasps at her head again* Tain ju.......... just................ KILL ME! NOW!!

*She cringes from the increasing throbbing in her head and she looks up at him a few tears run down her face* Tain I....... I-I can't. It's t-too strong I can't...... *some of the black coloring returns to her eyes and she grins* And when I finish with her, we'll get back to what we were doing. I believe it had something to do with your death......... *she quickly hangs her head and groans* Tain............. Tain please go. You..... you have to go. Just get away from me. I'm not strong enough to hold it back please......... run.

*Tain thinks frantically. Without the potion the creature will take over. She could controll it if she had the will..... Or the right help. Tain dives for his satchel and pulls out the metal gauntlets Pain helped him create. He rushes back over to Serina and says.* Reenah! Hold out armss!
