So...Just a little rant. Sorry. If you don't wanna read this, keep going about your business.

Alrighty.

So I've noticed that a lot of people depend a lot on popularity to do their ask account. I mean, some don't, and that's cool. Good job guys.

But..that's not the point why we're here. Most of us at least. Most of us came here to have our OC grow and be all they can be. I also came here to meet new people that like the same things I do. Adventure Time and drawing. I mean, who doesn't like a show that so dang random and silly, and then drawing. It goes hand in hand.

But like..who cares, about popularity? I can say that I did at one point, and I would get frustrated about it, that I didn't have many watchers as that guy, or as many faves as that person. But then...when I did, or I got more watchers than that one guy, I didn't feel ANY different. I'm telling you, you don't get this superhuman ability once you get 'popular'.

I don't even use the word 'popular' anymore. It's just irritated me so much. I use 'well known' because some OCs are more well known in the community than others. I think of popular as like...discrimitory. Cause I'm pretty sure the 'popular' OC admins or even OCs didn't MEAN to get 'popular'. They were just doing what they liked. And I respect them for that reason.
