Even if Malefor doesn't appear in Spyro 4, he will arrive eventually. But the question is…well…there. Who should voice him? Any other good voice candidates I missed?
I redesigned my take on Reignited Malefor so that he has his DotD face, hip spikes, spikier wing claws, and a crown to give him some resemblance of his Krome design and solidify him as the successful conquerer he is.

I'd also love for him to remain a legitimate threat. It's would make his reputation feel more earned. So you go through the length of a regular OG game, then you face him thinking this is the final boss, but despite your best efforts and powerup devices, he shrugs it all off and mops the floor with you, forcing you to retreat, get stronger and acquire these abilities yourself (and more). Then in the final fight, he would notice the damage you deal to him and adapt to your tactics, and blocks out your helpers and resources until it's just Spyro and Cynder left fighting him as a true test to your skill.
