It is good to see a fellow derpy fighter on this site. I am sick of the stunts hasbro is pulling with everypony's favorite show and their favorite pony. Everypony needs to rally together and do something else about this. Derpy should remain derpy, that is all that needs to be said about that.
But anyway onto the art. The picture is great and love the cartoony style. Only thing I docked your down for was slight choppy animation, but animation is really hard I know. I am an animator at heart, so just thought I would let you know.

This makes me sad yet happy at the same time XD. Your concept is great for a practice run at animation. If you'd like to keep going with this animation, maybe try to move the tail as well or twitch the broken arm so that there's more life in the rest of the body. Other than that, the rest of the animation runs really smooth and makes sense. I'd say my favorite part is the eyes and your attention to how the tears fall. You have a fantastic road of opportunities coming your way if you keep practicing! Not many people have the patience to do what you're doing.

I'm so glad Bronies take the time to make pictures like this, or ones of her apologising. It shows just how stupid those parents were to practically revolt against a simple yet unique character, and reminds us how much we love her. This makes me want to cook her some muffins and give her a big hug.

Derpy is NOT offensive! I found both of her voices to be a bit annoying but Derpy does not cause any harm to anyone with a mental dissorder.
